May 4, 2008 Hey all, here are the pics from both baby showers. I have one more to do with my folks at work. Then that's done. I will be happy to be done with showers. Both were tons of fun. Everyone had such a good time at the one at my house they all want to come back and do something else. We will have a fish fry in a few weeks. Deb

Hey everyone,
This is baby number two for me. Well my 2nd child in 16 years. My partner and I have been together for almost 4 years and decided we wanted to have a baby.
We are both excited and both scared to death. It's been a long time since I changed a diaper.
It's a girl we have named (read below) and she is due June 15th.
Glad to see all the other mommies to be out there.

i think you can turn them around at 20lbs and 1 year. ive got a feeling my riley is gonna hit 20lbs a hell of a lot sooner than 1 year! yea, leaving riley isnt all that easy. today was the first day at her daycare. i get a progress report from her everyday which is nice. but she didnt listen to me about when riley needed to eat. that kinda made me mad because i told her twice this morning and she kinda acted like she didnt listen. so im gonna make sure to write a note and tell her a little louder tomorrow. i just wanna win the lotto and quit! :(

That's good. Hopefully this new daycare will work out. It's so much easier going to work knowing our little ones are being taken care of properly.

They are just too little to be sick. Actually, she has been very mild tempered. That's what made me think something was wrong with her. She is just kinda chill now. Don't get me wrong I like the peace, but not if she's not feeling well.
How is Ms. Ryleigh adjusting to you being at work?

She can't keep down any formula, sleeps alot, didn't urinate for almost 18 hours, & the runs. Doc changed her to Soy formula, pedialyte for 48 hours, and gave me some capstles that I have to open and put in her bottle for 1 1/2 weeks. She started urinating shortly after she drank the pedialyte however she still has the runs and it's hard for her to keep her feedings down. Needless to say, I've been doing a lot of laundry.

Yeah... That's crazy. I mean your suppose to wash your hands after you use the rest room so why wouldn't they after changing a baby??? I'm still heated.
That's funny that you say she is your mini me, cause I call Mina, Mini. But she's starting to favor her dad alot, well really his mom.
I haven't been on Facebook yet. Everyone I know is on MySpace, but yeah I will have to check it out. Well until I'm able to check out Facebook, I requested you as a friend on MySpace.

Hey girl... I'm so pissed. Monday I got a call from my day care saying I need to pick up Mina cause she's sick. Took her to the doc and his 1st question was "Is she in daycare?" Forgot what it's called but basically the daycare wasn't washing hands in between changing diapers and she got cross contamination (spelling error :). Boo boo must have been on their hands and got into her system. Talk about someone who straight snapped. Needless to say I pulled her out of that daycare and she will go to my BF home daycare. Doc said she should be better w/in 1-2 weeks. My poor baby. Anyhow... She's getting bigger by the day, now weighing in at 11 lb 8 oz.
Ryleigh is adorable, and not just cuz your the momma. LoL
I'll check you out on MySpace. I don't have a FaceBook account. :( I'll request you as a friend. Talk 2 u soon.

Oh it was real nice n shall i say the next day i was sore i danced so much, it felt like i had been to the gem. Girl i feel the same way about Jordyn she is to cute, they will be breaking hearts one day, n i can wait til thursday for her to get her ears pierced she will be even cuter, and she growing up so fast 3 months, boy time is flying.

Hi! Glad to hear that things are great with you and Ryleigh! I looked at her pictures. She is too cute! I love the funny faces she makes in the bathtub on the pics. She is a month older than Gabby...I can't wait until Gabby is 2 months! Everything here is great, too. I have to go back to work next week, unfortunately. I don't want to leave her in daycare, but don't have much of a choice. Wish me luck...Monday will probably be the worst day of my life...smile!

Hey Mami - i swear i havent been on this thing for a little while, and when i do its usualy for 5 minutes or so. Everything has been moving along ok. My boy Giovanny is growing by the day! He's about hmmm 14-15 pounds and 24-25 inches long. He was born at 7 pounds and 20inches long three weeks early, ANyhow, thanks for the message, take care mama and stay sweet!!
