May 4, 2008 Hey all, here are the pics from both baby showers. I have one more to do with my folks at work. Then that's done. I will be happy to be done with showers. Both were tons of fun. Everyone had such a good time at the one at my house they all want to come back and do something else. We will have a fish fry in a few weeks. Deb

Hey everyone,
This is baby number two for me. Well my 2nd child in 16 years. My partner and I have been together for almost 4 years and decided we wanted to have a baby.
We are both excited and both scared to death. It's been a long time since I changed a diaper.
It's a girl we have named (read below) and she is due June 15th.
Glad to see all the other mommies to be out there.

Lol. How big is she now? Bailey is back to 6 lbs 11oz. She lost weight after birth. She's getting some color too. I wonder if she's going to be carmel like me or chocolate like her daddy.

That's awesome that sleeps great at night. Cayden still wakes up usually 2 times a night. But he does nap great during the day. Except for yesterday. He was up from 9:30am to 10:30pm. He wasn't fussy or anything, actually he was full of smiles and coos. Hopefully it doesn't take too much longer to break her from wanting to me held all the time. Good luck!

Is it humid down there today?? I get sinus headaches almost everyday and I want to cry it completely ruins my day and makes it hard for me to enjoy my life.. I have a deviated septum and polyps in my sinus's but they say its not that bad lol. ok whatever lol! Anyway i take 3 motrin with a cup of coffee and sit in a steamy shower if my hubby is home to watch the baby or i will just sleep, it stinks but your really cant take anything while breastfeeding I just deal with them...

Well, he's been doing better with getting up at night. If not I probably would have killed him by now. He probably does more than what I give him credit for but I don't know. Maybe I'm just being nice today. Malachi has been with my MIL since Saturday. I'm going to pick him up on Thursday. I miss him but it's been nice having the quiet time. I definitely needed a break.
How is she sleeping at night? Still grunting a lot? That's awesome that you have someone that's helping to break her from wanting to be held all the time. How is that going?

I. am good.. But im really feeling like my "husband" is never around. Guess thats what i get for marrying a man huh? I dont know why he still feels the need to fuckin come in the house at 4 o clocl in the morning. For someone who has a baby on the way. I sure as hell cant tell. I will get over it though. I finally told him I will tkae it until i get tired of it. Then, at that point I will deal with it how i see fit.
Other than that im good, I went through my little hospital bag to make sure I had everything i needed. Baby is still good. Weather is bad..lol One of my co workers said i dont look pregnant because my face didnt spread and my skin didnt get all weird. I told that bitch she better know it. Just because my body is on bahemoth mode my face is gonna be beat. I cant have both looking aweful..lol
You know they say lil girls give u hell. Its like payback. So you know im scared..lol Just think of all the shopping trips you are going to have when she gets older..lol. Thats one of the only things that may keep you sane when shes on her 11teenth hour of non sleepage..lol

Cayden's sleeping patterns aren't consistent yet either. And Chris seems to think that since he works outside of the house that he shouldn't have to get up in the middle of the night. I've been getting about 4-5hrs of sleep a night. It sucks. Oh well. There have been a few nights when he's slept through the night but it's rare. I don't do anything different on those nights so I don't know whats up.
