My name is Amanda and I have a beautiful daughter named Rebekah Nichole. She's going to be a big sister this January! I have PCOS and it took us 6 years to conceive Bekah so it was quite a shock to conceive our second baby in only one month of trying...and even while I was still nursing! We found out it's a boy and will be naming him Noah Jacob! God has blessed us so much and we are very grateful for the chance to raise at least two beautiful babies. My husband and I firmly believe in God's timing and now that we have hindsight we are so glad we did not have Rebekah sooner than we did. Not only did it allow our relationship to mature, it also gave us plenty of time to finish school, remodel our house, and find a wonderful church home. Not to mention the perfect timing of family moving close to us! It sure seems like there was a plan in action...even though we had no clue at the time.

I absolutely love this site. I have met so many wonderful moms and moms-to-be and I cherish the relationships I have made. It's fantastic to have an outlet for adult conversation while I'm home without my husband all day! If you send me a message I can guarantee you I will happily reply! I always look forward to making new friends!

Well I'm still awake hahahahahahaha should really think about going to bed soon as I have to be up at 7am.

I have rescheduled going out with my brother once I get back from my trip.

My flight is about 4 hours with no stop overs thank goodness!!!! And it's late at night so I'm hoping Ally just sleeps!!!!

Sounds like you really need your MIL there now with that horrible back pain you have!!!!! I remember the good old back pain hehehehhehehehe, such a pain in the butt, I can just imagine how much harder it would be having to lift a little monkey while you have it!!! lol.

So I'm not sure what's gotten into Ally today, she's been grumpy since she woke up this morning and when it comes to food well she just screams........ I'm wondering if her teeth are bothering her. I've started giving her baby multi vitamins as Mick has had a cold and I really wanted to protect her from it, because I really don't want to have a sick baby while on holidays!!!!

Ally has really gotten the hang of getting herself back down safely from her standing position, she used to just fall back and cry but now she puts her chubby little hand out s she can fall on it, it is the cutes thing ever!!!!! lol. She hasn't stood up and let go yet like her clever niece Bekah but I'm sure thats to come, lol.

I'm having a really hard time telling Ally off for getting into things she not supposed to.........she does this little giggle at me like, 'I know I'm cute and you want to laugh Mum', I have to turn away and laugh because she's so funny, aaaaahhhhhhh man am I going to be in trouble soon!!!!!

How cute Bekah babbling on while you're on the phone!!!!! When my Mum calls I give Ally the phone so they can talk for a bit, it's so cute but after a while Ally gets bored and just throws the phone, hehehehehehe.

I have such a busy day tomorrow, I have to drive to to Mum and dads and we are taking dads car to get service and then I have to take him to work which is close on an hour drive from my house and then I have to pick him up again and on the way back home we have to stop past so he can pick his car up. But at least that's one job done and out of the way before I go on my trip.

i can also see myself leaving my packing to the last minute, hehehehehehehe, I have started but can't be bothered doing anymore, plus I don't want to pack things that I might need over the next few days, lol.

Ok well I'm going to go and have some panadol as my mouth is hurting a little and then I'd better go and get ready for bed.

yeh the breastfeedin was 2 much with shay on the loose, n my milks startn 2 dry up coz bottle feedin was ezr, but today ive xpressed lyk crazy 2 try n get back in2 it, i really wanna continue, esp 2 save muni on formula 2...im just afraid its gunna take me another 6 weeks 2 regul8 the breastfeedin agen, i really hope it duznt...
nah ur not silly i felt the same, i wulda been happy wit another grl, esp so they can share rooms ezr...i dunno wat im gunna do with room sharing nxt tym...if its a grl shay myt b 2 old 2 wanna share, so anothr boy will b good...ah y am i stressin ova dat hahaha...
ooh how cute...its so xctn when they start standin up n takin dere 1st steps n stuff, its sooo much fun hehehe, but yeh it can get pretty intense sumtyms esp if u dont have a play pen or porta cot or sumfn 2 put the olda one in while ur feedin...
yep 7 weeks has flown lol...soon he'll b crawln n walkn lol...yeh its good 2 take fotos of ur belly n look back on it changin l8a on...i noe wat ya mean abt wantn ur pregnancy 2 hurry up but upset coz u wont have bekah as ur only baby 2 spoil, i got so upset abt that 2wards the end of my pregnancy dat i felt lyk i was puttn shay on the backburner...even now it makes me soo upset coz i c her little face wen jayden needs me, it breaks my heart...i culd neva favor a child, but shaylan is who made me a mummy so she'll always b my baby grl...well i betta get goin jaydens wakin up ill ttul give bekah a kiss 4 me n rub ur belly so lil noah dnt feel left out hehehehe =) xoxox

Well I'm back on woooooooohoooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!! I hate it when Mick uses all the downloads and then the internet runs slow!!!!!!

So I didn't end up going out with my brother as my mouth was just way to sore!!!!! I went back to the dentist the other day and he packed the socket with this clove stuff eeewwwwwww, so all I've been able to taste is cloves!!!!! But at least the pain has really subsided, so I'm feeling pretty good today!!!!

WOW you sound like you got some great bargains at the sale, how fantastic!!!!!!! Oh and pass on my congratulations to Kevin, thats such wonderful news about his job!!!!!!! It will be so nice to have him home in the evenings!!!!!!

How are things going with your MIL?????? Bet it's nice having someone to chat to during the day.

Last night Mick was bathing Ally and he came out to the lounge with her bundled up in her towel and he turned to me and said 'Linda I'm sooooo ready to have another baby' it brought the biggest smile to my face, I mean I already new he wanted another but for that sentence to come out well it just made me smile so much!!!!! lol.

Well 4 more days until my trip, and yes it is the one where I'm going to see my Mum and Nana, I'm so excited but so so nervous about the plane trip, I hope Ally sleeps all the way, hehehehehe.

Ally is a pro at pulling herself up now, the scary thing is she pulls herself up near the plasma because she thinks she can play with the things on tv, hehehehehehehehe. And no one is safe eating food on the lounge anymore as she pulls herself up and snatches food of you plate, hehehehehehe. She's so cute though!!!! How's Bekah going?????

I can't believe that before we know it they're going to be walking around and talking!!!! Crazy isn't it!!!!! i t wasn't that long ago that I could put Ally down on her mat and walk away for 5-10mins and come back to her being in the same position I left her, hehehehehehe.

Did I tell you in an email I sent you that she now calls me mum mum???? It's so so cute!!!!! How's Bekah's words coming along????

That is truly awesome!

I had wanted to breast feed as long as possible too, and hearing that you conceived while doing so is very encouraging.

My mother also fell pregnant with my younger brother when the other was feeding, so if God has a plan, then He has a plan and it is SO good to live in surrender to Him! They are now 23 & 24 and very close.

I am very happy, hubby and I are becoming more and more unified everyday "...there is a commanded blessing where men in unity dwell..."

Each night my hubby reads the Word and prays while we're laying in bed. He has started to put his hand on my tummmy when he prays and reads, and Jesse begins to move every time. It's so amazing.

Actually, I've also noticed that if Stu is near and starts talking loud enough, Jesse will start to move around quite vigourously... like he's going "Hey, there's that voice again!"...

...and if Stu puts his hand on my tum, he usually starts moving, it's like they have this connection already, which I love.

I have also wondered if we would one day adopt, not look to but just end up in a situation where we could help a child to be loved.

I'm so glad we have connnected!!

It is such a sobering relisation that we are actually in a place of care over God's precious creations, and it makes it a lot easier knowing that He's there and that He's faithful!

hey, its all good!! dats d best way 2 have ur pregnancy, lol fast!!! dats awsum havn 1 of each, ull prolly constatntly hear the term pigeon pair now n r u gunna have nemore...im ALWAYS hearin dat lol!!! yeh r all gr8 fanx!! shays 19 months now she counts 2 8 on her own, n with our help says the alphabet, n answas yeh or no 2 questions, its soo much fun now hehehe...jaydens 7 weeks n not doin much hahaha but its all fun i love it!!! but it can get very stressful n hard at tyms, esp tryin 2 breast feed wen u got a toddler runnin around gettn in2 fings...its a shame coz i had my hart set on 100% breastfeedin, but unless shays in her playpen or outside or in bed i have to formula feed him....hope alls well hun

So have you gotten the bathroom done yet? I haven't :( Laney is a major cling on today, I am about pulling my hair out. She has never been this bad, she will hardly go play without looking at me and whining and then crawling over and putting her arms up. I hope it passes soon, maybe we need a little time away from each other, that sounds mean as I write it, but I don't know seems like it might help the situation.

Thanks for the picture advice, we will probably go with the khaki stuff and the red shirts. I sure hope it works!

I need to figure out what to make for supper, I have some meat thawed, just not sure what to do with it. Oh and I have the strangest aches in my uterus area the last few days. I don't think I'm pregnant or anything, but seriously it is SO much like when I was pregnant with Laney the first few months I just ached down there ALL the time. I'm so silly I always think about stuff like that, and I always think what if i'm pregnant even though the chances are like slim to none.

But anyways, I'm gonna dig through some cook books. Hope your having a great day with Bekah~

Yay on the boy! Boys are wonderful! We are both going to have boys. I am so excited now and even more nervous. The measured little Levi as already weighing 11ozs. plus. lol. And he is measuring in length and weight to be due on Feb. 5 which is one week ahead of time. My doctor isn't going to change the date, just told me to expect him early or really big. lol. I am scared, b/c I did the calculations and according to how much weight he should gain until birth he will be over 10lbs! AHHH. Anywho, good luck with all and talk to you soon.

That's interesting about the period thing while pregnant. Never thought of that! I'm actually getting the shot at my next appt. in 2 weeks. AND YESSSSS, they hurt like heck. I had one with my son and it wasn't fun. If it helps the babies, than that's a good thing! Go outside and enjoy the sun!!!!

Ahhhh....peace and quiet. Laney and Bill are both napping. Bill had to leave at like 4 am for a trip, but we was home by noon! Laney has been napping like an angel today, thank goodness, she needs them.

I should get more trays too, I only have two so I have to split up days too, but we only have the freezer thats on our fridge and its usually pretty full so that gets to be a pain too.

Oh yes, animal hair doesn't gross me out, just a downfall of enjoying an animal in the house, I wouldn't have it any other way though. I have always had a pet, ever since I was 4!!

So the doc called back and said it is possible its just a diaper rash, so I'm going to just use the A & D for a couple days and let her air out more and hopefully it goes away. It just looks a little strange to me, but hopefully I'm wrong.

So not to be obsessive about the family picture are having done or anything, but do you think that Laneys outfit would be better with a khaki skirt instead? I'm just wondering b/c I thought Bill and I would wear jeans since she was wearing denim and now Bill really thinks we should dress up more than that. Sorry, I know its silly to worry so much about a picture.

I totally hate Laney's room being so far away. It makes me so nervous, especially when Bill is gone. I'm such a sissy, I get so paranoid when I'm in the house alone. Like anyone would ever pick our tiny little home to break into, plus we live in very small town not much has happened in the past ten years besides underage drinking and speeding. I was never like that until Laney arrived. Funny how all of sudden you worry about everything.

I need to so some laundry but its in the basement where our bedroom is and its super loud b/c we need a new one so I had better wait. Suppose I could quit avoiding the lovely bathroom :) Well, talk to you later!!
