My name is Amanda and I gave birth to Rebekah Nichole on December 28, 2007. I followed my pregnancy with this site but never became a V.I.P. member. I wish I had because I feel like I know many of you that were due around my due date. I enjoyed reading your pages and comments throughout my pregnancy and cried each time I discovered one of you had given birth. Most of the time I felt like you were the only people who understood everything I was feeling, especially those last few weeks when time seemed to stand still and the waiting carried on forever. Rebekah's birth story is on her own page along with several of my favorite pictures. I would love for you to check it out!

God has blessed us so much and I am very excited to share that I am expecting another baby on January 21, 2009! It will be much more fun to follow along with everyone now that I'm officially a member. I really hope to make some new friendships as I share my little bundles of joy with all of you. My sweet husband, Kevin I love him so much!

I just LOVE watching my husband play with his baby girl! She smiles at his beard and enjoys hearing his voice when he talks specifically to her. It melts my heart to see how much he loves her. I am so thankful to God for giving him these joyful moments and I hope and pray my husband will have many more babies to love!

Ahhhh well I finally have a few minutes to myself, lol.

I've given Ally some of this natural stuff it's called 'calm' so I'm hoping it works!!!!! Which by the sounds of things it hasn't, lol. I'm starting to think that her waking and screaming is just one of those weird things she wants to do. The problem is, I can't just leave her to scream because she doesn't stop it just gets worse!!!!!! The last 2 nights it's gotten so bad that she doesn't even want me to hold her, she just kicks and squirms!!!! I have no idea what to do.

How has your weekend been so far???? I have been so busy that I've missed a couple of walks so I'm really going to have to catch up tomorrow......I went for a walk yesterday and as I was going to go for the 2nd time around the block I ended up having to come home because I got so puffed out and light headed, I don't think I've been drinking enough through out the day.
So tomorrow I'm going to have to walk for at least an hour, lol.

Well I'm off Ally is doing her thing, lol.

Hey there sorry for the late reply, been soooo busy!!!!!!

Try not to freak out when you hear about other people's losses, I used to do it all the time when I was pregnant.......there was a lady that lost her baby at 18 weeks she was in the same week as I, well I freaked out and rushed down to my Drs so I could hear the heartbeat, lol. Anyway my point is trust in God.....you know that the little bean is fine and very healthy and you will have no problems with this pregnancy or any pregnancy, so RELAX!!!!!!!!

Well Ally has had a hard time staying asleep once she goes down at night, she falls asleep fine and then about an hour later she wakes up screaming and it lasts for hours!!!! I'm going to get some of those teething tablets today to see if that will help.

We decided not to get another car just yet......we're going to wait until this one gives in, lol.

Oh Ally is in 6 month old clothes now, some are a little big on her but I'm sure she'll fit them just fine very soon, lol.

So at your next appointment will they give you another ultrasound??? I bet you can't wait to see the little bean again!!!!!

Well I'm going to check out your video and then I'll write more!!!!

Okay, that video is to cute, seriously made me laugh too! Glad to hear your back is better, hope it stays that way for ya! I can't wait until Laney starts scooting like Bekah, she wants to get everywhere and gets mad that she can't :) She can hold herself up a little, but not well enough yet. She is young yet, but you can just see that she is ready to be moving.

So did you ever check out the digital scrapbooking, I uninstalled picaboo and reinstalled and it has worked really well ever since. Getting to into it though, seems silly when I know I am going to do a regular scrapbook too, oh well though gotta have a hobby! I'm just making Laney some cherry banana's for breakfast, she seems to like them together better than seperate. So nice having Bill around, I actually do thing that I need to get done. They really need to hire someone else though, he is gone from tuesday to thursday next week and then leaves saturday to saturday. At least we will be on our little trip to help, but still...anywho, I better go and do some stuff...talk to you later!

Figured you were busy and tired. I've been both here lately. I tell you I've been feeling a little better energy wise but I only have it in spurts. It doesn't last and then I over do it and wind up exhausted. So frustrating because my house is such a MESS still.

No we haven't made it to Six Flags yet and don't know when we will go..I have NO money right now and don't know how we are going to pay the bills much less do anything extra?

Don't freak out about your apt. although I know how you feel. Two days ago we picked up the baby's heartbeat loud clear and strong and then we couldn't find it yesterday. I'm still not having movement yet so I get really worried at times. I try not to let it consume me though. I read all the ones that miscarry and my heart bleeds for them and it also makes me worry more, so you are not alone with that either. I always keep you all in my prayers and I know you will be fine.
I checked out your new video...I just want to reach through and smother her in kisses, Bekah is just too adorable. And a little HAM to boot..

Oh..Jason made it to the sleep study, he slept really awful but he made it. And hopefully soon we will get the results back, I'm sure he has sleep apneia.

We just gave the dog a grooming (our shitzu) and I AM BEAT! It's only 2:30 for crying out loud. O well, I'll catch you a bit later..hugs and smooches..Tina

Yes and they sure don't stay little! I think my sons 1st yr I rushed it and couldn't wait for his first birthday . Now he is 3 and a big boy! He still is my little cutie but is not a baby anymore :( Our next one is due jan 9th and he says he wants a baby sister :) We'll take what we get LOL

Hey Amanda, yeah I've been worried because we have been unprotected for awhile and I just started getting back pain, nausea and have been grouchy, I took a test yesterday which was neg. I should know by now I just never breastfed before. I thought you couldn't ovulate without a period.
Also to keep a good supply I eat a bowl of oatmeal every morning, a good kind not instant. I like Bob's red mill. also while I was preggo I drank raspberry leaf tea, it's very good for milk supply, toning your uterus, etc. but oatmeal works great for me now I dont even have time to eat much, I'm already down to 112 and I have a good supply.
...and about crawling my first never crawled, my 2nd crawled at 11m. and Haili has been crawling since 8m. and 1 day, they're all different, it dosn't really matter. It's so dirty.

For me this has been the longest 13 weeks ever!! :) When I look back I'm sure it will seeem like it flew by. I'm so anxious to get to milestones like feeling the baby move and actually looking pregnant and buying baby stuff!
I always get nervous for appointments too, I think we're all worriers especially if we've ever lost a pregnancy. Definitely let me know how it goes on Monday and I'll be thinking good thoughts for you!-Jessica

Sorry it took me so long, Bill finally got home last night, and then I went to bed early!

You are not crazy, I think it is totally normal to worry until you actually get to meet the bundle 9 months later. If you didn't worry, then something would be wrong....its like the Mom code :)

That is so fun that Bekah is scooting, so does she drag herself, or more like a bear crawl? I hope Laney figures it out, but she always want to walk, I hold her arms/hands and she takes steps everywhere....so I'm afraid she won't explore crawling as quickly b/c she is more interested in walking.

So I felt a lot better yesterday, but Laney's poor nose is a all plugged again. Of course the nasal aspirator thing, she hates..you would think I was seriously torturing her when I do it, and it so hard b/c she is screaming and trying to get away. Then she had a temp again yesterday and this morning. So I don't know what the deal is, you wouldn't think a cold would linger so long, but I just took her in. I just hope she feels better soon. I ended up putting her in a pack and play in our bedroom at about 2 in the morning b/c her room was so hot (decided to check her when I got up to go the bathroom and poor girl was sweating). I want central air SO bad! I didn't think it would wake her, but she didn't go back to sleep for almost an hour and then woke at 6:30 again! She needs sleep to get better, but I suppose with her nose its hard.

But I suppose I better get us ready, going to walk to a couple rummage sales...yep spending more money :) Didn't spend much yesterday though, just a a couple clearance things. Hope you are having a good day! And try not to drive yourself crazy with worry!

She suggested that I wait until after I'm pregnant. I don't know what she was thinking. I'm praying for a BFP and a sticky this time. Thanks again and take care.

Hey Amanda, Appointment went well today. I wasn't sure what to expect. She just listened to the heartbeat and thought it sounded great. Have another one in 4 weeks for the same thing and then the appointment after that is when she said they'll do a big ultrasound to make sure everything looks okay and try to determine gender. I'm sure it will seem like forever to get here!! Hope your appointment goes well next week!! Have a good weekend - Jessica

I am so annoyed with my piece of crap computer right now! I started a scrapbook at the picaboo site, and last night I got two pages done and went back and some of the pictures were missing, what the heck!?!? So I think, huh I must of not saved or something so I do it over and guess what, they are gone agaiN!!!!!! Makes me so mad, I suppose its my computer and not the program, its been acting up alot lately, saying my virtual memory is low....figures, it is about four years old now time for it to take a poop too!

Whew, I feel better now.....How is your day going? Bekah started doing anything new lately? Any new pregnancy syptoms? Laney got up early today, 6:30, so she is down for her nap already, hopefully she takes a good one. I am stir crazy in the house so I want to go get a few things later and want her in a good mood. (spend money b/c I'm bored, real smart).

Not much new here, Bill gets home tonight so I am pumped about that, but I suppose I am gonna go pack a bag so we can get scooting after she wakes up and has a snack. Hope your having a great day!

i fink shay jst had an off day yesterday coz she was fine 2day which was gr8 lol!! she had a nap for 4 hrs n i slept 4 2 hehehe!!

In Germany they do scans every visit...but I and many others are having so many scans because we are high risk...so sometimes it is god not to need so many scans!:) But yep, it sure is nice to see our babies...and I am sure for you t is exciting to see how much they have changed!:)

hi there.. hailey is crawling and feeding her self finger foods. she pulls her self up on the couches and things we are now finding out what booboo's are lol.. as for me im not doing so good i had a dr apt today and found out my cervix is short and that im on bed rest again..i just hope to make it to 36weeks with this one.
