My name is Amanda and I gave birth to Rebekah Nichole on December 28, 2007. I followed my pregnancy with this site but never became a V.I.P. member. I wish I had because I feel like I know many of you that were due around my due date. I enjoyed reading your pages and comments throughout my pregnancy and cried each time I discovered one of you had given birth. Most of the time I felt like you were the only people who understood everything I was feeling, especially those last few weeks when time seemed to stand still and the waiting carried on forever. Rebekah's birth story is on her own page along with several of my favorite pictures. I would love for you to check it out!
God has blessed us so much and I am very excited to share that I am expecting another baby on January 21, 2009! It will be much more fun to follow along with everyone now that I'm officially a member. I really hope to make some new friendships as I share my little bundles of joy with all of you. My sweet husband, Kevin I love him so much!
I just LOVE watching my husband play with his baby girl! She smiles at his beard and enjoys hearing his voice when he talks specifically to her. It melts my heart to see how much he loves her. I am so thankful to God for giving him these joyful moments and I hope and pray my husband will have many more babies to love!

Ok so cervix is soft closed and high, when I eeeewwww this is gonna sound gross, when I pulled my finger out there was a little pinky brown discharge. I was reading that Implantation bleeding can last over a week for some women but typically about 3-4 days, it will be 3 days as of tonight, so I hope I wake up with nothing, hehehehe, got a few more hours before that though as it's only lunch time here hehehehe.

I did want to tell you I felt REALLY stupid when I looked at the smileys on the bottom...I had been clicking on them and everything under the sun before I actually READ what you told me to. Boy you can really tell I'm pregnant, I've been so absent minded as of late.

Ok I'm back, feel a little better now just confused!!! I will still go and have a test tomorrow to put my mind at ease, but if the bleeding gets heavier then I won't bother. The thing I don't understand is it's not like it can be my period because it started 5 days before AF is due
, I really just don't know what to think anymore so I'm just going to leave it in God's hand's Ally won't eat her rice plain....have you tasted that crap????it's so bland!!!!! I mix some apples with it and she loves it!!!!
LMAO about the cleaning!!!!!!!! Yeah my house is all sparkly to thanks to the cleaning lady that came yesterday!!!! hehehehehe.
AAAAAHHHHHHHH What is my stupid body doing to me, it's starting to get very annoying!!!!!! With Ally my implantation bleeding was mostly brown and just a little pink but only lasted a day. I'm on my 3rd day now, I have read that it can last a week or so with some women but I just don't know anymore, I was sooooooo sure I was, I mean I'm queesy, dizzy, oh and might I mention One of my boobs was leaky!!!!!!! I haven't expressed since Ally was 5 weeks old so WTF is up with that?????? not to mention the cramps ah yes the cramps that seem to never end!!!!! and headaches!!!!!! What are your thoughts on the situation???? I mean I put a pad on on there's only about 2 spots on it, I see it more when I wipe. I guess time will tell, if I am pregnant, I will be sure to tell this baby off for scaring me!!!! hehehehehe.
Anyway I'd better go brush my hair, I'll check in again later, please pray for me, I just pray that the bleeding stop if I am or get heavy if I'm not.

Oh i know i am tired all the time! I started getting sick at night, but thank goodness i haven't been sick these past few days. We have told family and friends. I haven't told any one at my job yet. I would love to have a girl, but that ever is fine!

Can't say I have much sympathy for you with Bekah not wanting to nap until late.......look at what I go through all the time, I have to get up 20 times to put the stupid paci in!!!!!! hehehehehehehehehehe, and I end up being so tired that it just makes no difference anymore!! hehehehehehehe.
Well I'm off to cook my Dad some dinner, have to do something to keep my mind busy, lol.

Ya, Laney is in the 90% percentile for her weigh...she doesn't seem overly chunky to me...oh well. She has sampled the rice cereal a few times to see how she does with a spoon, but now I am going to start her on a regular basis, how much did you start Rebekah with?
I know how those long lonely nights go. My hubby is a pilot so there at least a three or four nights a month I am on my own. Usually not more than 2 in a row though.
I'm not sure what I would want next, I see your point on the same sex for friendship and clothes and such.
I really enjoy having a daughter, my hubby wants a son at some point, so if we have a boy next I would like to be done, but he wants three....I told him we will see how two goes:) But I'm with you, definetly gotta know...I love having everything organized and decorated, greens and yellows don't cut it :)
Laney learned how to roll from back to tummy now, she did tummy to back really early. She doesn't do it on a regular basis yet though, she tries a lot but only gets it sometimes. She also giggles all the time now, which is so fun, it is seriously the highlight of my day. How about Bekah? Crawling, teething?

Just got back from the grocery store...oh... man am I beat!!!
A weekly sono would be GREAT ya know? I would love to see how my little bean is growing each week.
But have you read the 6 week forum? The one gal got a rental doppler. Now I'm thinking about BUYING one. Have you ever thought about it? They have a 2 gh one on there for 124.95. The one she is getting costs 89 for 3 months and then 33 there after. If we ordered one now and kept it to 40 weeks it would be like 320 dollars. Not trying to pay that much but it would be awesome to listen to my little bean anytime I wanted to without feeling like I'm bothering my doctor or running to the ER.
As for our deliveries ...I suppose I forgot to mention that with both my boys the doctor let me go in for a C-section at 38 weeks and they were 8.9 oz and 8.10 oz...YIKES could you imagine if I was to go the entire 40 weeks? I might of had some 10 pound babies!!!
As for the nap, it never happened, so don't feel like your sleep deprived alone..lol. I just couldn't get comfortable and realized I HAD to go the grocery store in order for my boys to have lunch stuff.
Well...I supposed to be helping put the groceries away.. I'll catch you tomorrow...hugs and smooches..Tina

Ok I'm back, so I just brushed my teeth and there was a little blood!!! Yippee
I have a doctors appointment at 10am on Thursday so I'm hoping I will have my results by Friday, if not I will have them on Monday. I took a home test but it wasn't sensitive it was one you have to user once you miss your period so you know what result I got, but I'm quite confident that I am, in fact I don't think there's a doubt in my mind!!
Yeah it's not nice being late I went 10 days over, I started to get sooooo anxious!!!!
Anyway that's all from me now, the house cleaner is here so I have to move my butt out of this room, lol.

Hey! Thank you that does help. I am ready to see what is will be like to have a toddler and a new born! This was somewhat planned we know we wanted our kids close in age, but never dreamed it would happen so soon. It took us close to 21/2 years to get pregnant with Caleb. He is truely and angel sent down. He is our world and i can not wait to give him a bubba or a sissy

Oh...one last thing, Jason and I talk about how this entire thing with the creation of a baby is a TRUE MIRACLE from God. It could be nothing else, it's INCREDIBLE. We LOVE looking at each week and seeing how it all forms. My little one Justen was clicking on the weeks last night and looking at how the baby forms. I just get so amazed every time I see it.
Jason said he would love to go get a sono each week so we could just see the progress in our little miracle each week.

We just got in from picking up the boys. Boy...went to the mall today and did a little shopping and I'm so DONE for the day. I need a nap..well you know it is 4:00. LOL It's like clockwork everyday around 4 I'm ready for a nap.
I am very pleased that my numbers are up. I just can't wait for my OB to start treating me like I'm pregnant. I go on June 9 for a pelvic exame. And then I have my FIRST prenatal bloodwork visit on June 30. This is FUNNY to me because at that point I will be one day short of 11 weeks. Almost the first trimester...right?
Sounds like Bekah has your down pat...as far as not letting you rest. he he...it's NOT funny, but it is a little. I suppose I find it a little funny like you find my drama funny =0)
Think about what it's going to be this time next year...yikes AMANDA there will be 2 infants in your house.
We are SO close in our dates..it will be interesting to see who gives birth first...=0)
And where in the heck are you finding evergy to do the dishes and laundry? I'm still waiting to find some.

Just got back from Laney's 4 month awhile ago, poor girl, I can't believe they give 4 shots, its so mean. She did pretty good though, she is alreay up to 15 pounds and 7 ounces...her little buddy that is 10 months only weighs 15 pounds 8 ounces, but she is a tiny thing. Anywho....still no sign of the period....your question really got me thinking, I was a little sad when it was negative, but really I shouldn't be, ideally I would really like Laney out of diapers before the next one arrives. But we will see, my hubby is all for it, he is trying to get me to just wing it with birth control (I have my old kind now that is more reliable than the mini pill), but I haven't started it yet and don't plan to until I get my little friend.
Well, I have babbled on and on about us...what's new with you three....are you going to find out what your having? What are you hoping for? Well, take care and talk to you soon!

Not a problem at all. I've been having some up and down days but I'm doing alright. I hadn't really been having any morning sickness, only yesterday after trying to eat at my aunt's birthday dinner did I ever actually get sick and vomit twice. I felt as though my insides were going to come out. I also did something really stupid and decided not to use the bathroom when my body was urging me to do so and paid for it greatly later. I was in so much pain, I thought I was in labor. It was hurting so bad that I was screaming and crying, my poor husband didn't know what to do. I just started repeating the name of Jesus and immediately began to feel relief. I won't do that anymore. My breasts are off and on sore but nothing major. I'm extremely tired all the time and I eat like I'm starving. My appt. was for May 30th but my hubby wants to be there with me, so it was pushed to June 25th but we are going to be out of town on a much needed vacation. So, I don't know when I'll see a doctor. Well, I've talked about me enough. How are you and your little ones doing? Time to eat something and take my vitamins. I'll ttyl. Take care.

I wanted to tell you I talked to my Ob this am and they said my levels from Friday are 93,175..... WOW ..isn't that GREAT. The last time they checked it was 733 at 5 weeks. So ....so far so GOOD. I really think I am....and if I am baby's due date is Valentine's Day!!!!! but probably a week before that because I will be having a c-section.
I've been feeling very dizzy and queezy, YAAY!!! Af is due Friday. I think I will just go and have a blood test because they are so accurate, i will go Thursday morning and I will most likely have the results on Friday. I really feel as though I am. With Ally I had implantation bleeding on day 22 and yesterday was day 23 so very similar!!!!! I am so so excited I'm so sure I am, I really don't think my body would be so cruel to me, hehehehehe. Ok well I will go now and try to control my excitement!!! hehehehe.
