Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Wednesday, 10 September hi reeksy, Ive had bad all over itching for about 3 weeks, from my head to my feet its so bad i feel like ive been bitten by a thoudand bugs!! another symptom is dark urine, which i have noticed too. i have never had liver problems before, but the blood tests came back that its not functioning well. they normally test your bile as well and mine is fine. They wanted to induce me today but I was totally freaked so they were fine with friday. Ive had to have a lot of fetal monitoring at the hospital, and do my own fetal count every day too. It might be worth speaking to your doc again, as my itching came on out of nowhere, good luck. let me know how you get on. xo mrslarge -
Tuesday, 19 August yeah, i keep saying that i want a natural child birth but really its not natural. lol. i would get an epi. i just always assumed this decision would be made for me. so its not something i know much about. or how to choose. BabyMakes7 -
Wednesday, 25 June Oh that stinks that you have to do the long test right off the bat. I guess that saves you from doing the short one and then ending up with the long one anyway... At least you know what you'll be up against if the test is positive this time. GL!! Let me know how the test turns out. darcy -
Wednesday, 25 June Thank you so much for taking the time to post, the more I hear and research the more I realize it's something I can easily control -and will! :) God bless x BabyMakes7 -
Tuesday, 24 June Wow! Sounds like you did an awesome job controlling your GD. Have you had your test this time? judi -
Tuesday, 24 June That's funny because that's exactly the conversation Tycho and I had this morning. School holidays first, then Jason's birthday, then your birthday, then (all going well) baby Penny will be born...
Ha ha, yeah, 3 months is a long time to be carrying this lump around!! I'll be glad when I can put her down sometimes!!
My ultrasound techie said we're having a girl, and I sure hope she was right, as we have nothing but pink dresses and blankets etc! It's good to get organized now, as when Baby is born, you'll have SO much to do.

Tuesday, 24 June My little boy, Tycho is nearly 5, and he only sort of understands, I think. He's seen the ultrasounds and was quite impressed, although at the first one he corrected me and told me it wasn't a baby, it was a turtle!
Three months is an awfully long time for a small child, so it's not really worth getting them too involved at this stage. Becki and Jess, my girls, are 13 and 10, and they just love it. They're helping me scrapbook the ultrasound pictures and love buying baby clothes etc. They will be SUCH a help, when she's finally born! judi -
Tuesday, 24 June My youngest is nearly 5, so it's been a while for me! Three of my 5 are already in high school. The house is chaotic from 7am until 8:30 and again from 3pm until about 4. Otherwise pretty stress-free!
Yeah, the idea of a baby in the house again is exciting! Are you having a boy or girl or surprise? How do your little girls feel about a new baby? Bet they're excited. My girls are just over the moon about a baby sister!! judi -
Monday, 23 June Hello, Reeksy! Nice to see a fellow Aussie on here - there are a few of us, but most in my week (I'm a few days behind you) are Americans, and a couple from England, and on the week-by-week posts, they're asleep when I'm chatting and vice versa!
I have 5 kids and #6 expected on October 1. One of mine (#3) was c-section. Two were premmies, at around 32 weeks, and one I carried all the way to 43 weeks. So I've had a few different experiences, but I feel like I'm going through it all afresh. I sometimes feel about a hundred years old!
How are you doing? maybell -
Wednesday, 18 June hiiii, u told tht ur girlfrnd took a 20 hrs flight. I'm going to make a 25 hrs flight, so my nex doubt is can v carry our prenatal vitamins and tums in our carryon luggage, or do v need prescription for them also ?? hope i'm not causing too much trouble for u.....
p.s. i bought the flight stockings frm a pharmace yes'day, they r pretty gud, feel like wearing them all the time, since i'm having leg cramps. Mommydaisy -
Wednesday, 18 June Thanks for the info. I've done some research and am really torn when it comes to making a decision. I've read that it's rare to have a uterine rupture, but to me 1 out of every 100 isn't that rare. With my son I was in labor for 26 hours pushed for 3, he was sunny-side-up and not descending. So, I had a c-section and he was also big at 8lbs. 8oz. My Doc and I are waiting to see how large this baby will be. Just wish there was a clear choice that I could be at peace with, ya know?!
How were your recoveries with both of your c-sections? maybell -
Tuesday, 17 June oh ya, thanx. thats exactly what my doc said - to get it frm the pharmacy, somehow, i forgot that part of it. But if it tight, i dont know wht i'm gonna do, coz, nowadays, i cant wear anything thts tight. i dont know wht to do now...... margysd -
