My name is Renee.. I have 2 boys and I am married. My husband is in the Army and we are stationed at Fort Bragg (unfortuantly lol) I do not like it here even though we have been here for 4 yrs now (I cant wait to leave lol).. My husband came home Oct 27th, he was in Iraq for 15 months.. it was the hardest thing ever!!

Im mainly here to chat and get to know everyone over the months, I do not know anyone where we live and have no friends lol.. but I cant complain to much, Im the mother of 2 wonderful boys, 2 and 6

UPDATE 4/22

Well I just found out that my husband is going back to Iraq in November.. So when the baby is a few weeks old he will leave us again.. He just got back October 27th from nearly 1 1/2 years in Iraq and now hes going again for 1 year.. I feel like my whole world is turned up side down and I dont know how I can go through another deployment again. It is the hardest thing ever! 3 children.. 6, 2, and soon to be newborn.. I am so sad!

I had my scan today

everything is perfect, we found out we are having a BOY! I was in shock as I convinced myself we were having a girl and it is all new to me, I am sure the shock has passed and am so looking forward to finding a name.

So... how was the cake??? I would love to have 3 or 4 kids- and hope that I'll get some boys. I think that I felt her move about a week ago, but I haven't noticed anything since. No biggie- guess I'll just have to wait for her to get bigger and more powerful. However, I've been feeling a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen (so uncomfortable- and some times a bit painful). I've heard its normal, and I guess the reasoning makes sense- all the stretching and making room. Have you felt your girly move yet?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! That's so great that your hubby is making you a cake. Hope it turns out! I understand the disbelief thing... everyone I knew was saying boy. During the ultrasound I couldn't see a weiner, so I knew it was a girl (even before they said anything). I've had another ultrasound since then, and sure enough- still a girl! I'm super excited, and now we have to try again for a boy! I still find it hard to believe that I'm pregnant- I don't feel much different at all! I've gained weight (of course!!!), but still feel the same as before. Hope you have a great birthday! Take care.

Thanks for the reply, This is my first child and I have never been this heavy I think that's why I'm panicking at the scale. I don't know what I'm having yet. I will find out on the 28th. I really wanted to know because my husband has family over seas that want to send a tons of things for us and the baby. Otherwise I wanted to keep it a secret. Do you know what your having? thanks for the support on my page. everything is much better now, its also nice to hear im not the only one pulling outta that lifestyle. although i dont mean either one of us are bad people the things im sure we both have done during the party days were pretty stupid now that i look back. but im glad we can relate.
i see your a army wife that has to be tuff, a lot of my family is in the army and i know there wifes struggle with it alot. i hope all is well for you and your family. keep in touch!

I have been good... My official scan was Thursday... IT'S A BOY!!! Talk about My Three Sons!!! We are excited- he looked great... Did you have a nice Mother's Day?
We went out to breakfast-- although sometimes taking 2 kids out to a restaurant can be a challenge... (I am wondering how I will manage with 3)
I can't imagine having to live alone... do you have many friends/family close by to help you out??

i think thats so awesome! aww ill bet your boys are adorable:) they may not like the idea now but ill bet when she grows up theyll be protective over her as well:) ive actually been hearing alot about boys being easier & are more mommys boys so im excited about that! im actually worried now when the time comes to change diaper lol i dont know how to clean a boy lol:) & i dont like the sounds of him kicking my ribs owch lol. although i was a little disappointed it wasnt a girl but im happy either way & im more excited because i know who im talking to now lol. & im not 100% sure but i think ive felt him move but just barely:) oh yeah by the way Happy Mothers Day!!!! i hope you had a great day:)
