hello all,i am the worst friend EVER! i've been too busy to spend any longer than about 5 mins at a time on the site and so i have catching up to do! let me know whats going on with you and your new babies/bumps (if you have the time!) i've just had to cull most of my friend list (i didn't really talk to the others) so it will being easier for me to keep up with you guys! much love x

Hi Rosie! how are things going with you? Thank you for the prayers about this bleeding. It is much less today, praise God! I spoke with my doctor this morning and he said that a D&C would be useless to stop this kind of bleeding, that the only intervention they would do at this point is a transfusion if I were to pass out from blood loss. I was given the Depo Privera shot yesterday to slow down the bleeding. I only accepted it because I can't take any estrogens, like the pill, while on blood thinner. depo is a progesterone and is supposed to stop the heavy bleeding. Other than that he said this could go on for 10 days...that means 6 down and 4 to go! BLECH!!!

It makes sense that you are having trouble sleeping. You have alot going on and it is very emotionally draining. When I have a life changing thing happening I will get panick attacks at night cuz that is when the house winds down and my mind can wander. Just take it one day at a time and understand your limitations as a human. Moving itself is stressful, but add to it that one member of your family will be staying behind, it is alot to handle. And you have a brand new baby to care for! That is a full time job in itself. Keep nursing that little boy as much as you can. Aside from the health benefits, it's way cheaper and a great bonding experience. As long as your milk hasn't dried up, you can always up your supply with more frequent nursing sessions. Theoretically anyway. Well, I know you are busy so I will let you get back to reality. Enjoy that baby and keep me updated.

I am just trying to stick it out. I have enough milk for her its just my time and at times patience that are limited. by this age ben was taking some formula and accepted a bottle really easy. its amazing how different these kids can be. I imagine even more so when you are comparing 5. How is your move going? i hate to move but it is always for something better. stay strong. take care.

Hey Rosie,
Sorry it took so long to respond. Its just so hectic around my house and I have some family and their kids staying with me for a little while until they find a place, so I don't get much free time lol.
My little guy is pretty much the same age as Gary and he is also one that is a big time snuggler and wants to be held constantly. I had to let him cry it out for a little while too until he realizes that mommy or anyone else wasn't going to pick him up everytime he cried. I gave him his pacifier and put him in his swing in front of the tv with some cartoons on and let him go. I did this for about a total of three days before he finally got the message and now I don't have to constantly pick him up every time he cries. So hopefully it will help. Let me know!!
