5 days until i am induced!!! Soooooo excited!

I am 23 years old and i am married to my wonderful husband Sean who almost 2 years ago blessed me with the most beautiful baby boy Dylan. He is 2 in April this year. He is a little treasure who likes to try my patience at times but it is all worth it!!

In June this year Dylan is going to get the best present in his life, he is getting a baby brother or sister! Poor soul will wonder whats hit him!! So will i though!!! ha!!

I am currently 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant! I dont know what im having yet and not really sure if im going to find out! Pregnancy from about 16 weeks onwards has been great. Up until then unfortunately i sufferered from just about every early pregnancy sign there possibly can be!! Except instead of morning sickness i had all day sickness!!

OK, so i dont know if these things work but i am trying all the wee tests online to see if it can tell me if im having a boy or girl! If any of you guys out there know of any good sites let me know!

Thinks are feeling better today! I am actually feeling quite excited about this baby coming. Its good to feel like this as up until now i have just been feeling anxious! Oh and as im writing this the baby is moving away and kicking me!! Nice feeling!

I am sooo with you on being hungry all the time.

I didn't want to blimp up at all so I've been veeery conscious of what I've been eating but I've been incredibly hungry these past two weeks. It's pretty ridiculous.

I have been having major problems sleeping. It has nothing to do with aches or pains though. I'm not sure why but I will wake up a 3 or 4 and stay awake for a couple hours. This does affect my tiredness in the day.

HI!!! IT'S A BOY! Sooo excited! It wasn't the detailed scan we paid for a private one... yeah down here in London you also only get two scans! We had our dating scan but because I'm moving back to Australia next week they wouldn't fit us in :0( So for our own sanity and peace of mind we decided to pay for a private one just so we could see everything was ok before flying! It was such a funny time - I wrote on the week 21 page the details! Plus we got to hear the heart beat and the technician was amazed at the size of his feet!!! hahaha - Looks like he might be big!

I was in sobbing - truely SOBBING - tears last night and I couldn't even really tell you why!!!!!! Now that's sad! I was just tired really! OH THE HORMONES!! Don't feel bad... If you ask me it's giving me a good insight into the mindset of an infant so maybe we'll be more sympathetic with our children!!!!????

I am sure this time around things will be much easier. I am a little worried about that too because with the first one it went pretty quickly, well 3.5 hrs from frist contraction to her coming out. My fiance does not have faith in the dr's in our small town and would prefer I go else where. To get to the next town that has a hospital that delivers babies is 2 hrs away. I don't want to chance it. I am even having nightmares that he is making me leave town when the contractions start! Crazy!

I just hope that the post pardom is not worse this time. That is one of the things that really made me think before trying to get pregnant this time. But with my first child the dad left me when I was 7 months pregnant to move in with his ex. He still has never met our daughter and she is 6 years old. I don't think that helped matters any. This time, I am hoping, will be alot different because the babies father will be here with me.

I feel it too! I thought the mood swings were supposed to go away in the 1st trimester but 2 days ago I was getting anxiety and deep depression feelings all day. I could still bring it back easily. Its got to be the hormones. Tell your Dr tho so they are aware. Good luck with everyhthing!!!

I totaly feel like that. One minute I am crying then I am happy then the littlest thing will send me into an angry spiral. I know it is very hard on my family and was considering asking the Dr if there was somthing I could do or take that may make things a little better.

Hiya How r u doing? Managed to get another scan picture done...First i went to the receptionist at the hospital she said no then i went to the midwife section they said no... i was sooooooooooo upset as everything is so importnant to me ( it took me 4 yrs to get pregnant) I was crying...then i hid in a quiet place as i didnt want anyone seeing me... another midwife asked me what happenend... i told her she goes i shud ask the person who done my scan, so luckily he was walking past...kindly asked him he said YES but dont tell anyone and he goes quickly get into the room before supervisor sees him... I was so happy...He didnt even charge me for the scan picture...bless him!!!

thats brilliant about dylan he must be a good little man! and also great news about hearing the heartbeat i went the docs last week as i was worried about movement but he checked the heartbeat .. that always manages to make me smile! i hope i dont crack during my u/s scan and ask what the sex is because i know i'll be annoyed with myself if i do! i can't believe how many people do want to know... its all about the surprise i say! anyway , take care , have a rest and wait for some lovely baby movements! i know i will tonight! take care hunny! x

ah bless, well done dylan! is he excited about being a big brother? mason doesnt want a brother he wants a little sister, i reckon i am having a girl theres just so many little signs! like one example i went to a clairvoyant (she didnt know i was pregnant or that i had a little boy) and she said she can see a double buggy with two children not too far apart in age - one boy and one girl- how weird! also this pregnancy has been nowhere near the same as when i carried my little boy so maybe i'm right! what do you think your having...any gut instincts!? anyway as for movement i've been feeling it more and more each day ad i today i even felt a little kick! amazing! xx

my little boy Mason is 26 months! he's been in a bed now for about 10 months..he loves it as he hated his cot! i'm gonna ask the sonographer to show me the private area of the baby but not tell us what it is...i wanna guess...that way i wont know for certain but might kinda know if you get what i mean! xxx

hi hun , thanx for replying, i think i felt a few bubble like movements last nite and also this morning ...both while i was lying down relaxing! i suppose working part time and being a mom at the same time i dont get chance to recognise any baby movements during the day! hehe! take care hun! xoh yeh r u finding out the sex of ur baby... my scans 23 jan and i dont think i'm gonna ask! x
