November 18th, 2008 - As of tomorrow at 8am I'm going to be induced. I'm scared out of my wits. I really can not wait to see him, but I'm sooooo scared that I'm not going to the best mom, or could i handle the labor? what if something goes wrong? What if the daddy isnt there the moment he comes? Am I going to be able to breastfeed? How am I going to manage my time? Will I ever think of being the best at work like I always have now that i have a baby? Will people think of me differently because I'm a mother? Will my fiance ever think I'm attractive again? I'm all mixed emotions right now. I think i'm feeling everyone that is in the book. I dont know what to expect from an induction, like will it make me sick, will it hurt more than natural, will it work, what does it feel like, what are the side effects? OMG my mind is racing a million miles an hour. I absolutely hate hospitals, and i'm going to be stuck in one for 2 days. I'm trying to breathe....this is really really scary.

Oh wow...I found out at 6 weeks. I really feel no dif at all. I have no sickness at all. I only have cramps . Have you found out if its a boy or a girl yet? I feel like I am going to be waiting forever until all the fun stuff begins.

Hey sweetie! I read your coment about buying things and I say...its your baby and your money so do what you want when you're ready! I wish I could buy my baby somethin. Im on bedrest and not working so I have to wait for everyone else to decide when they buy want to go shopping. Which needless to say , is not happening quick enough for me. It sucks. On top of that, because its not my money, the chances of me getting everything that I want is an uphill battle. Yes, Im blessed to have people who love me and the baby enough to do anything, but theres nothing like bein able to to it on your own!!! Congrats sweetie...we're due the same day lol

Hey there...i read your comment on the main page about having nothing ready and you may feel like your the only but let me tell ya your NOT heck gosh i keep getting upset with everyone cause no one wants to let me buy anything and i am having a c-section at 32 weeks due to complications so the doc is just waitting to make sure i am in the safe zone so that bring me to around oct 1st and well i have nothing everyone keep telling me that i have time and well i am about to freak out and tell them all off lol...sorry i am blabbing here but don't feel like your not ready cause i tell ya i am sure that i am in a worse position then you but everyone keeps telling me not to worry about it. so whatever take it day by day cause if you do what i am doing you get stressed out lol hope everything else is all well and baby dust to you

lol, yes, i agree, it's fun knowing someone's close by. i'm showing loads :-) I always say my eldest eats fruit&veg like i craved during the pregnancy, my younger one can live on sweets and that's all i craved during her pregnancy. judging by what i'm eating now this kid will be a garbage disposal!!!! anything and everything will do! and i gained almost 20lbs. but i'm always like that....except that this time i started out slightly heavier to begin with. otherwise things are going well. feeling much better than in the first trimester. and you??

Hey Schnookie, cute u/s!!! Just wanted to let you know that i haven't started on the nursery or anything else for the baby either. I just let my daughters each pick a few outfits once we found out it's a boy. And a piece here or there. Nothing major....! Lol....we've got the "Naperville cool"!!! hahaaaaa

Oooooh I love the name you picked! Ashton was on my list if we had a boy. I think Mollie Claire is in my tummy but her middle name might change. My bf is rooting for Mollie Charlotte...We both love both names just prefer one over the other.

my baby boy's weighing about 12 oz at 20 weeks and I have gained no weight in 2 months. I was putting on weight rapidly before I became pregnant and put on a stone, but since the 6th week, nothing, although I have a noticeable bump now. I think I've stopped putting weight on myself and maybe losing weight and baby's gaining so I'm staying the same weight overall, or something !! Don't know !

That is silly - I have gained but very little - maybe your metabolism has sped up during this time. If you are eating enough and the right things then WHO cares! Drink your milk, drink your water, eat your veggies. I personally can't eat too much at once otherwise I feel sick. They can't force you to drink protein shakes = it is so difficult because now if you gained 10 lbs they would be like OOOHHHH you gained too much too fast! No win situation - good luck - sorry but I find people obsess about the weight thing. :)
