My Prediction:The day you deliver, outside will be sunny. Your baby will arrive in the evening. After a labor lasting approximately 9 hours, your child, a boy, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 8 pounds, 2 ounces, and will be 20 inches long. This child will have light blue eyes and be bald.

September 24th 2008-15 weeks-I still can't believe I made it this far and haven't told everyone and their dog! Most of our important family and friends know, but they've been told to wait before they spread the word. I know, I'm plenty far and shouldn't worry anymore, but the last time I announced it I lost it 2 days later, so feel like I might be jinxing it. I feel great- gained about 8 lbs :( and have quite the belly by the afternoon. I know my students are thinking I've packed on the lbs for some reason. I did feel the baby move. I felt very fortunate to know what that feels like and have it happen so soon. Nothing puts me more at ease than to feel my baby's activity.

October 10th 2008-17 weeks Everything went well at this Dr. appt. HB was around 160 again, and I'm at about 9 lbs gained so far. I haven't felt much for the baby moving anymore. I'm sure it will pick up soon. I had the quad screen for Downs done, now I wait a week for the results. I'm starting to feel more pregnant. Still haven't announced it to everyone yet. Last time I ordered cards for everyone to announce we were having another baby and bought shirts for Anna and I. I really went all out! This time the longer I go without everyone knowing, the more I think I'm not going to ever tell everyone, just let them talk and figure it out. I haven't been overly excited or willing to talk about or share this pregnancy like I always was in the past. I'd like to get over that but I'm always reminding myself of the past and the memory of how that one turned out after I told everyone. I'm thankful to have this site so I don't have to keep everything about this pregnancy to myself.
