I read that nipple stimulation can work but you have to do it for a long period of time. Also it is not recommended because it can cause the baby's heart rate to drop.

i have read that nipple stimulation does work but everything i read say be careful because it can bring on 'monster' contractions.

thanx very much, you have a little darling too! They are supposed to look innocent in the beginning but we are in for a ride that i don't think the demons will want to get on. lol... have you got everything together for your little one to make the debut of a life time? i don't know what to pack for myself, never being in the hospital for this or nothing else, i wouldn't know what to take. any suggestions?

ugghhh i know what you mean! i wake up early every morning now. its always before 8 but sometimes like 645 or 730 where i used to sleep til like 9!

I was told I was slightly anemic as well. My doctor suggested an iron supplement called "Slow FE." You can get it over the counter in the US. I take one pill in the morning with some OJ.

dark leafy greens will help with iron, especially if you drink it with Orange Juice instead of water or soda because the OJ helps absorb the Iron better

Walk and have LOTS of sex! that will help your cervix open and soften! As for the iron, eat fish, make tuna for lunch! You can look up recipies for dinners with lots of iron! Good luck
