Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

My son has his cereal by spoon every few days. He is sorta interested and getting the hang of the spoon, but I say why rush? He gets all the nutrients he needs from his formula. :)

It probably means he hasn't gotten over the reflex to push food out yet, which would indicate that he isn't ready yet. I had the same issue with my little man and I've decided I'm going to try it once a week until he seems like he's actually eating more than he's wearing. Then I will start giving it to him on a regular basis.

If by "solids" you mean adult food, then no he's definitely not ready. He may be ready to try the stage 1 baby foods, though.

Hi- Ragan has been rolling over to sleep on her belly since she was 10 1/2 wks old! I about had a heart attack the first time but when I spoke with my doc he said that as long as she can roll herself back over then her instincts will tell her to do that if she gets in a pickle. He said i could go in there and roll her back over but it might be a lost cause because she is just going to roll back :) now it is the only way she will sleep lol. I would talk to your doc but all in all i think he will be ok! plus with the spitup about the only thing that would be bad is he might mush his face in it but if you think about spitting up while he is on his belly is kind of the safest place since he can't choke on it!

Hiya, yeah he is a shocker sometimes - he is on NAN Gold Iha , but we are in Oz so we probably have different brands here. He is really bad at burping and sometimes when he lets out a big one a whole pile of milk comes up with it. I have tried stopping and starting the feed (which he isn't too impressed about) - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's weird - one day he doesn't spit up, then the next he does!! Hope that you are wll! Your son is a cutie - I love the name!Kx

My little man had eczema all over his cheecks and it got so bad that it cracked and pussed everywhere's so I took him to the doctor and he ofcourse prescribed me cortizone cream and since it thins your skin I just used very little but it went away within a week. What do you use? I also bought perfum and dye free detergents and soaps to help prevent it. I felt terrible for him it looked so terrible.
