Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Monday, 24 Mar SLCMOMMY: I had gestational diabeties and early stages of preeclampsia (high blood pressure) with my first pregnancy in the 3rd trimester. They ended up inducing me at 37 weeks (ended up with a c-sec b/c I was not progressing fast enough)Hang in there!!! After you have the baby...you look back and think...it was all worth it. And 2 years later...I wanted to get pregnant again. You really do forget how hard and bad things really were as soon as you meet your little one and look into their eyes for the first time. Monday, 24 Mar Hi, that's ok.. I hope everything checks out ok for you tomorrow.. I love feeling the baby kick, but he can get a bit over-excited in there and really jabs my ribs so it hurts! MariaC -
Monday, 24 Mar I had a car accident a few weeks ago and I went to my labour ward, although they asked me about my symptoms they were primarily concerned with the baby and his bits and pieces, etc. I went to the A&E department the next morning who then checked me over and diagnosed whiplash. I wouldn't worry or be too concerned about giving birth in your hospital, it sounds like they were just looking after their own department. Good look in your appointment and get well soon. xXx

Friday, 25 Jan Good deal, I'm glad he moved for you. Our little guy seems to move alot when his daddy puts his hand on my belly. Have a good weekend! danish-girl -
Friday, 25 Jan Haha...that is funny :-) The father of my baby I nly see every second weekend from thursday to monday as he lives in London and I in Copenhagen, so I am not sure the baby recognises his voice unfortunately. I will get to spend 3 weeks with him soon though as we are going away together :)
Good luck,

Thursday, 24 Jan Hello!
I can tell you that I had a 104 fever for 2 days...I felt like I was more dead than alive and my midwife told me that the baby gets the same fever as you (which of course makes sense since it is in your body) - that freaked me out and she laughed a bit and said that it is completely unharmful to the baby, and she said that there wouldnt be a lot of kids in this world if the babies were harmed by fever. But she did tell me that the baby feels the same kind of lethargy and drowsyness as we do and therefore will be sleeping a lot. But nothing to worry about, honestly!
I wish you and your little baby all the best!

Thursday, 24 Jan I agree with bittybop, I went to my doctor many times with my last pregnancy (unscheduled) just so I could hear her heartbeat. Give him a call if you are concerned. Congratulations on your pregnancy!!!! bittybop -
Thursday, 24 Jan If you don't feel any movement in the next little bit, I would call your doc. That is what they are their for and it is better to have it checked out so you can ease your mind! havinababyinmay -

Tuesday, 22 Jan Thank you for your comment! I went to the Dr. yesterday and he was shocked as to how big of a rash I have. He said it didnt look like PUPPPS, but maybe an allergic reaction to something. He put me on oral steroids for 1 weeks and I have a check up after they are done to see the outcome! He also told me to not put any lotion on or cortizone cream, so in the mean time I am still losing sleep and itching like crazy! I wish you the best. Let me know how it turns out! kayleigh -
