Hi everyone! I thought I'd let you know a bit about me. My name is Sarah and I've been married to my high school sweetheart for the past 3 1/2 yrs. We are having our first baby due this Dec and we're thrilled. So far I've only had my "starter child" to practice parenting on and that's my mini schnauzer Gracie. I'm thinking she's gonna have a bit of a hard time once this baby gets here and the attention shifts. If anyone has any advice; feel free to post. We're in sunny FL and both work for a family business. I guess that's the basics. Feel free to say hi anytime.

Good! I mean, not good that you feel it too, but good because it doesn't mean something is wrong! Maybe I'll try to sleep with a pillow between my legs and see if that helps. I only feel it at night though. That's so strange. Maybe it's because I'm laying still and not moving around alot. Wish I could take something for it! Ahhh the joys and aches of pregnancy! LOL!

no and your in-laws should not expect to be served and food made for them etc just after you had your baby, make sure you put your foot down now and express your wishes now so there won't be any surprises for them... i am already funny like that regarding my baby, he is gonna be here in 4 weeks and i don't care what other people want, it's about ME, they will come when i tell them they can, anyway you don't want to expose your baby to germs and all sorts of people touching him/her when so little...

I did my glucose test thing on Friday (one hour), havent heard from them, so guessing thats a good sign, did you hear back from them the next day on the results from the one hour?

thats a really really good idea, bringing the blanket home before the baby is born. My dogs are little barkers too! So this will be quite the new experience. LOL
