We are expecting our first child in October. I always thought that I would finish school, get married, buy a house, then have a baby, but that is not the plan that God had in mind.. I love the fact that I will be a mother soon. I have a large, loving family and know that my baby will have all the love in the world. I havent had the opportunity to be around many babies or even pregnant women, so everything is a first for me... So far my pregnancy has been really smooth. I truly can't complain. Financially being able to afford a baby , really stresses me out, but I am hoping from support from my family and friends. We live in a 1 bedroom apartment and wanted to try to get a house before the baby. However my credit is shot from student loans so it may be a tight squeeze for a while. I just dont care as long as my baby is healthy!!!\

7/22/08 Third trimester here we come... I am taking a fussy baby class, a breastfeeding class, and a class on how to care for newborns. She is coming very soon and I want to make sure we are prepared !!

I delivered Abigail via c section on her due date October 21st... I was induced to due pre eclampsia but didn't dialate past 2 after15 hours of labor!!We are great..she is beautiful... I will take a while to heal..the pain is rough!! I tried to bf , but pain inhibited my milk production and we are using formula and I am pumping out what I can..
