I am 30 years old with two wonderful children ages 7 and 5 years old and one gorgeous stepson age 12 years old. This is my and Ronnie's first pregnancy and we are very excited. With it being a repeat c-section the delivery date will be no later than September 9th, so I get to skip a few days. : )

It is so wonderful to be in a good place in my life. After having left an abusive relationship and standing on my own 2 feet for a while, it is really nice to simply live and love. . . .no drama. . . .no screaming, ranting or raving, no sleeping w/ eyes open out of fear. . . .being able to lay in peace at night. . . .thank you, Lord.

No matter what this life brings us we can make it through. Often times we don't know how strong we are until the time comes that we need that strength. Hard times do not make character, they reveal it. And, after the years of struggles and trying times the kiddos and I went through . . . I realize how strong I am and how capable I am. . .and I will do my best to raise my children to walk tall, hold their heads high, do not let anyone use you or abuse you and trust in the Lord. . .always.

The Lord never said all of our roads would be easy. . . but He did promise we would never have to walk them alone.

My life is blessed. . . with good times and bad times. . .all of them serving their purpose to get me to where I am today . . .my cup runs over. . .and the Lord surely did bless this once broken road. I love you Ronnie and my kiddos.

hey, you are doing great...on the third baby. I don't know if i still look good like you if i have a third one....Oh, about C-section, it is not too bad...I was be able to walk on the next day....and shopping on the 6th day....I was every where...My mom could not believe it....well, now i'm still taking leave...i'm getting spoil not working and stay home with my baby... don't know if i could take it i have to go back to work....by the way, goodluck on your labor on the 9th

I agree. I was ready to be done 2 weeks ago. It seems like every time I look in the mirror there is a new strech mark. I just got the first one like a week ago and not there are like 3. Grrr. I was hoping that my 1st did all the breaking in but I guess I carried him differently. So the sooner the better for comfort and my skins sake. I can't imagine how tough it must be with 2 kids. Just a little while longer.

Thank you so much.....my baby is so Great, i could not ask for anything else...He is so easy...I thought would need alot of help, but nope...My husband and I can take care of him even though i had C-Section....How about yourself?

i just finding it soooo hard at the mo i have never felt so low b 4 its terrible i cant believe im feeling like this. i wished my doc would consider inducing me but i dont think its the done thing to do in the uk they like to make u wait, well lets hope they hurry up and get a move on

Oh not to much, being miserable as usual! I swear I am not sleeping more than 3 hrs pr night.....guess my body is getting ready for sleepless nights with baby ;)

You are SOOO close to being done with it all - you can make it, I'm confident!!! I know how you feel though - each day just gets worse and worse but at least u know for SURE when your having your baby. NOthing worse than the unknown and fearing you could be pregnant FOREVER! All is well here - T went thur a phase where he wasnt sleeping thru the night but I think he's back on track - he did 9+ hours last night, WAHOO! Anyway... get some rest and keep me updated on things.

Mike and I have been together for about two years now, but the kids lived out in California with thier mother until June. They came to live with us for the summer and possibly permenantly, so we have barely gotten to know each other, and they are getting to know me now during this rough time. It is not easy for any of us, and the both of them did not tell them I was pregnant until April( I didnt agree with waiting so long). So, it has been a rocky road for sure, and feeling so ill all the time, I don't have the usual strength, to smile, and put forth the big effort I would normally be able to do to let them get to know the real(fun not always sick me). Its been a rough summer thats for sure.

Very true. My honey doesn't get it, and is to busy sometimes to really see what is going on, but he tries his best, and that is all I can ask for. I am also so greatful for being able to see that I am definetly not alone in how I feel. I am trying to take care of stepchildren right now, ans we are still forming a relationship, and that makes it all the harder for me, feeling so badly all the time. They don't understand it, and I feel bad for them(as well as me lol). Thank goodness the end is near! Hang in there :))

Hang in there, I am sure your kids won't remember this short time where you aren't able to do everything with them. Just keep looking to the future( that's what I keep doing). ;)

I will NEVER be a doctor. These times are too sensetive. If my impatience got in the way of having a 100% healthy baby I would not know how to forgive myself. I watch too much Discovery Health TV (watching it now) and I don't need any more problems to add to the equation. They are helpless and totally dependent on me being smart and doing right by them. The least I can do is calm my nerves and chill out! LOL
