Hello! I'm Sarah, I'm 21 years old. I live in Pontyclun (South Wales, UK) With my partner of almost 4 years, Paul (or Spam as he's more commonly known - although don't ask why because not even he knows!) who is 29 years old. I have a step-daughter from Spam's previous relationship, who is Chloe, she is 6 years old.

I come from a good-sized family, having a sister- Katie who is 13, and 3 little brothers who are Michael (11), Morgan (3) and Daniel (2). So I'm used to a lot of noise as you can imagine!!!

We are looking forward to the arrival of of our first child together, we found out it is a little boy which is what we both wanted, he is due to arrive on the 10th November. We are so excited and can't wait to see what he will look like!

So the site now has me at 10 days overdue. I'm really super depressed about not having my baby yet. I had an ultrasound today and the baby is healthy and looking good. They said its safe to continue... but i don't wanna :( I will ask my midwife to break my water on wed. i have to have this baby out by friday! guest flying in next week to meet this baby!

i think everyones emotions are different. for me, i had to get to know my first..just seeing him grow and change. now i love him more than anything!! don't get me wrong, i love the new baby,aiden, too, but its a different kind of love that i know will grow to be just like the love i have for gabe. so far they are totally different! gabe was a big time crier from the time he popped out. aiden sleeps most of the day and cries when he wants something. i hope he keeps with that! gabe is very jealous though. he's used to getting all the attention. he will adjust soon. i hope!

it doesn't sound stupid to me at all..i think its totally normal. i felt a connection with my first after several weeks. with this new baby, i was actually crying in the car on the way home from the hospital because he didn't feel like mine. i felt like i was taking someones baby home to baby sit! i've talked to lots others who have felt this way. its overwhelming and just takes time. :)
