Good day! It's wonderful to see that someone else is starting to efface and dilate. Yesterday, i was 50% effaced and 3cm dilated.. this waiting game is killing me!!

yeah i've been thinking about the epidural but then some people have been scaring me and saying that it can paraylyze you if you do something wrong like move when their putting it in but i'm sure its just them being all annoyed and stuff because i'm pretty sure i'm going to be doing the epidural i can't deal with pain for very long i guess i will just try and focus on something else while i'm in labor just keep occupied somehow haha thanx for the advice though
