Hey fellow preggos! I am currently in my 3rd trimester and i LOVE all of the info that this site has and being able to relate to other pregnant women is so awesome! This is my first baby and i am loving every minute of being pregnant.

So today I was feeling my baby moving around, little thumps inside my tummy. i placed my hand on the spot and could feel the thumps. Then I looked down at my belly and actually saw the movement outside of my tummy. It was AMAZING!

So I havent updated in a long time. The babys movements are amazing now. i can see huge thumps and feel him sliding from one side of my stomach to the other. I can feel either his butt or his head on the left side of my tummy. im pretty sure hes in a transverse position. I get most of my movement on the left side and up in my ribs. i cant help but smile everytime he gives me a good wack=] Im loving it. Im due in about 10 weeks....this is the last stretch=] Im so excited

if you need to talk im here...im kinda in the same boat as far as trying to make yourself happy, its just not going as planned....its not that crap has hit the fan with dh its just that the pregnancy didnt reeally come at the ideal time, right before i found out i was just starting a great new job and was about to get back into u iversity...now that im preggo, and cxant really get around anymore(high risk) he kindof thinks that whoever gets the opportunity to do things first should, so automatically because hes the man, he got a new job and is getting back into school and expects me to do everything alone all day while hes at work and school, im going to feel trapped in this house because i cant get out to do anything, im trying to be happy, but we have a lot of issues to work on, but he just thinks its easier to give up then work on stuff...i guess it just boils down to that we moms spend every day taking care of others and putting them first that we just should be able to expect our partners to take care of us...anyways if you need to vent im here...

Yea i know what u mean..i was a little anxious before i had shannon but i suppose now i know what to expect lol!
They are so worth it, though at the minute Shannon has just started walking and has TOTALY changed! Shes just so naughty and evil..its like its happened over night! grrr at her lol!
Anyway u WILL be fine hun, u 4get about the pain almost as soon as u get that lil bundle in ur arms!

Hey congratulations! I just read your post under the fetal movements topic page. I'm just 17 weeks today and felt my baby move around 13 weeks; I haven't felt anything really since then. Last night I woke up to what felt like someone pounding little drumsticks inside me on my right side. The tapping or pounding was pretty strong and went on for over a minute, maybe longer, and it stopped when I rolled over onto my back. Does this sound like baby to you? It's just hard for me to believe the baby could kick or hit that strong already and for that length of time. I'm worried that the baby was/is in some kind of distress. Will you please write back on my profile page to let me know what you've experienced and if this sounds like the baby to you. Thanks so much!

my doc said absolutely no tanning bed while im pregnant. the closeness and intensity of the radiation is not good. However, she did say i could go in a pool and tan outside since i will stay cool. your amniotic fluid cannot get too hot or it could be bad for you and the baby. i cant wait until it gets warm enough because im dying to get in the sun! good luck!

Hey, congrats- that's fantastic news!! How do you feel??! My baby is moving quite alot now and I actually feel it kickin my bladder- it's so uncomfortable but amazin at the same time knowin what's causing it!! The feeling is so much lower down than I thought it would be though, how bout you, feeling lots of movement?
