Hey fellow preggos! I am currently in my 3rd trimester and i LOVE all of the info that this site has and being able to relate to other pregnant women is so awesome! This is my first baby and i am loving every minute of being pregnant.

So today I was feeling my baby moving around, little thumps inside my tummy. i placed my hand on the spot and could feel the thumps. Then I looked down at my belly and actually saw the movement outside of my tummy. It was AMAZING!

So I havent updated in a long time. The babys movements are amazing now. i can see huge thumps and feel him sliding from one side of my stomach to the other. I can feel either his butt or his head on the left side of my tummy. im pretty sure hes in a transverse position. I get most of my movement on the left side and up in my ribs. i cant help but smile everytime he gives me a good wack=] Im loving it. Im due in about 10 weeks....this is the last stretch=] Im so excited

my baby is good i love hate being pregnant lol so when do you find out what it is that was the most exciting thing for me i wanted a girl but im just glad he is healthy i dunno about your doctor but my doctor anytime i want an ultrasound he will do it he has the machine in his office so i get to see him anytime i want

hey dont worry about the weight im 28 weeks and ive only gained 6 pounds although im 5 7 and weighed 149 but my little sister who was 5 5 and 113 before she got pregnant she only gained 13 pounds and she had a 7 1/2 pound baby so dont worry your body knows how much weight you need to gain just eat healthy and youll be fine

this is my 2nd pregnancy and i am 24 so i dont want stretch marks either. my 1st i ended up with them on my butt (wierd). i only got up to a size 3 so i didnt get any on my stomach. the ones on my butt kinda dipped in a little thats how i felt them. this time im bigger and i noticed them branching from my nipples (already grew 2 cups in 20 wks) they are small and red and squiggley. i see them forming on my stomach too. im freaking about it. every1s like oh its a beautiful reminder of pregnancy, im like no the baby is a beautiful reminder lol. with my 1st i used Palmers Stretch mark cream ( i heard the overpriced creams dont even work) so im going to get that 2day and see if it stops them. hope that helps u some good luck

Well it's not quite sticking out yet but I also had a deep innie which is now spreading across my stomach and is not deep at all- took my belly bar out cos it had nowhere to sit so I kept catching it! But don't reckon it'll be long til it's a proper outty!
I'm not sure bout the new look site either but I'm sure I'll get used to it and hopefully it will put an end to my recent problems trying to log on to the site!

Hey, no we didn't find out what we were having- thought we'd have a surprise though it's not practical for clothes buying! I think I'm one of the minority on this site who isn't finding out what I'm having!
I'm starting to feel a little bigger now and my belly button is well on it's way to bein an 'outty' now! x

Tanning is one thing I have missed while being pregnant. I don' really think you should because of the increase in body temperature even with the extra fluids and fans. It's the same concept as a hot tub, etc. Talk it over with your doc to be for sure on what he thinks. But I would say just hold off til the little one is here.

I really wouldn't go tanning if I were you. But that's just my opinion. I got married when I was around 3 months pregnant and really wanted to tan bc I have REALLY fair skin. But I didn't because it wasn't worth the risk. But everyone has their own ideas and opinions on what is healthy. On the other hand, I happen to have a glass of wine every now and then, maybe 1 or 2 a month. And people say you shouldn't drink at all during pregnancy. So who am I to say what's right or wrong :o)

I would basically do what you think is best. If you believe that it's okay, than do it!

Hey, congrats on your pregnancy. My bump is bit disappointing too- I don't always feel like I look pregnant (only when I've eaten a big meal!), I'm so vane cos I don't wanna just look a bit fat I want the world to know there is a baby in my belly!!
My family all say I look pregnant but to anyone who didn't see my flat tummy before I just look like I ate too many pies!! But on the bright side- if we don't get really huge then we won't have too much to lose after baby is born! And midwife told me baby is 'normal' size and not to compare myself with other people but it's hard not to do that on this site! x

oh man! i wouldnt either...that is a bill that I would gladly pay off haha...thankfully we have great insurance that covers that...the hospital where we are having our baby girl has the best maternity ward in the state! I am so lucky its 3 miles away haha! and all the rooms are private thankfully as well!

she was actually pretty ok with it ... i mean at first she waslike you're joking right? n iwas like no.. and then she said okay, time for the doctors aha. now my parents are just excited.never beento california im on the other east coast.. i bet its not 40 degrees thhere =/

LOL haha yes I completely agree with you...just the idea makes me hurt and cringe...that is the one thing that I am VERY nervous about...I mean its such a sensitive area:(

tahts what im afraid of! my mother had 4 and her longest labor was 4 hours with the first one, down to 30 minutes with the last! If im anything like her haha I will need it as soon as I get in there so I dont miss the opportunity...I am NOT interested in feeling this ring of fire that ive heard so much about hehe!

i mean, if your doctor is cool with it im sure its fine. but id ask the doctor just in case. i still get my nails done and my hair dyed, i even got my ears pierced a few times. just ask the doctor

ahhh thats so exciting! finding out the sex hehe! I didnt really show at all until 7 months! then i just popped out haha...although im not HUGE now i certainly feel huge:P...I cant complain though not too much longer!

I am DEFINITELY planning on an epidural if possible haha...Im not one who really enjoys pain much...I just want my baby hehe!

If your still wondering about tanning beds you can google it or the best thing would be to ask your doctor. Everything I have read says not to do it.
