Congrats to you, too! With my first, the hpt didn't work until 2 days after my missed period, so I was skeptical about taking one on the day of this time, but just like you, that faint line showed up. I couldn't believe it!

Hi! Congrats on the pregnancy! The baby and I are doing great. He is measuring perfect - everything looks good, except I have placenta previa. Thankfully, that is not related to having diabetes. It has been tough so far to keep my sugars under control - its like a full time job in itself! How long have you been on insulin for? When you first start taking it, your sugars will be high until they find the right amount for you. They don't want to give you too much at first, constant lows are not good either. I use an insulin pump too, which makes it a bit easier. I would highly recommened one if you can get one. Keep me posted - and feel free to ask me anything. Its nice to know others that are going through the same thing.

I'm really missing someone right now.... my baby Dakota. I would have been 36 weeks tommorrow. Four weeks from my due date! WOW! I think as the time gets closer my heat just grows heavier & heavier.... and only most of you women can understand that emptiness Im feeling right now.
