Hey guys!! I'm 21, trying to get my head wrapped around the fact that i'm pregnant! I cant believe that there is a little someone growing! We just found out that i'm carrying a healthy baby girl!! My boyfriend was hoping for a boy, but i'm sure he'll love his daughter none the less! I'm so excited to start my life with my daughter. I couldn't have wished this any other way

oy, that sounds yucky & painful. I had a c-section too and it sounds like maybe you're doing too much/are too active. if you hae somone to help you, pls let them. if you don't, you need to take care of the baby and yourself first & leave everything else for after you heal, and that includes housework. also, into my 3rd week since the c-section, I find stairs to be the most tiring - if I climb them too often in a day, I am quite sore. it's tough, doing so little, but seems to be necessary. good luck @ the doc's!

I had ripped open on several parts of my c-section.It was pretty infected.I was doing things too fast.They told me to change the dressing several times a day,put on some antibiotic cream and peroxide to dry the puss.Iwas hurting pretty bad for the next two weeks.Good luck!

Congrats hunni .. Glad your baby girl arrived safely. I had my baby on Feb 6th. A gorgeou girl, Willow Grace. She was 9lb's & 50cm's long. Her photo's are on my page if you get a chance to look. Can't wait to see photo's of your girl.

I read your message on the 39 week board and you said that you have been told that even with an epi that the crowning hurts like hell?? I have had 2 children natural(not by choice) and 2 with an epi. When the baby comes natural there is burning with the crowning, but once the baby's head crowns the nerve endings cut off and it becomes numb (no more pain). With an epi there is pressure down there but no pain. I don't know if the person you talked to had their epi wear off before they delivered, but with an epi there is no pain, just pressure. You will be surprised on what you can do when you are in labor. The worst pain is the contractions, not the delivery. Believe me I know. I hope everything is alright with you and the baby, sounds like you are getting close!!

Possibly bloody show. I always have baby with in 2 days of seeing blood in mucous (aside from an exam or something). Everyone is different. Hang in there!

You should not feel any pain from the crowning because your doctor should put a local anesthetic on your perenium. Speak with your doctor about it.

How long did your sister n law do that before she went into active labor? I almost feel like i have a fever now..i'm all achy and my back hurts. These false labor contractions are really getting on my nerves.

Yes, it's from bladder infection I know cause I had one. Try drinking water that'll help. But drink lots of it, it's probably the same thing your doc would say.
