Hello all, my name is Lisa im married to the love of my life and my best friend Carlos. We got married on June 15 2007 but we've been together for 8 yrs, we are high school sweethearts. We have two beautiful girls Rebecca (6) & Isabella(3). I am so blessed and grateful to have these two little angels in my life, they bring so much happiness, joy and love to my life. I couldn't have wished for anything more than the unconditional love they give to me each day. My hubby and I knew that we wanted at least 3/4 kids, but we had to decide on when the timing was right. Our first two kids are 3 yrs apart so we thought we would keep that going and decided that after or youngest turned 3 that we would began ttc. Well she turned 3 in november and in december we started. We got a BFN in dec. and jan, My b-day is february 22 and I was praying that we get our BFP in that month and surprisingly we concieved on feb 18 just 4 days before my b-day and with only two months of ttc. I didnt know I was pregnant until we got back from our trip to florida. That was the best b-day gift ever!!!

March 8 2009 Today I found out the most wonderful news Im PREGNANT. It feels like a dream but its real, im so excited and cant wait til the next 8mth to meet this new creation

March 11 2009 Today I went to go get blood work done to check my HCG levels and to do a complete blood count. My hcg levels was 1662 which was pretty average for 4-5wks.

April 3 2009 I went to my first prenatal appt, it was pretty typical stuff alot of paper work and questions about our family history, weight check and blood pressure. I havent gain any weight yet but I know its gonna happen soon..lol

April 10 2009 Today I had my first ultrasound, I had to drink 32 ounces of water before the appt, which was fine with me cuz I love water, we didnt hear the heartbeat but the tech measured it at 146 bpm.

May 13 2009 Today im officially 14 wks yay!! I had a routine prenatal exam today, hubby and I got to hear our baby's heart beat for the very first time. The heart rate was 148 bpm. I lost a lb but that was to be expected and my b/p ranges kinda low but the nurse assured me that it was normal as long as it wasnt too low. After the appt I had to go get more blood work done and then just enjoyed the rest of the day with hubby!

June 8 2009 I had an regular prenatal exam today, weight, b/p and of course I got to hear my baby's heartbeat and I had my youngest with me and she got to hear it for the first time. Over all baby is doing fine and growing right on schedule. I also found out that we are getting an u/s in 2 more wks I cant wait to find out the sex of this baby!!!

June 23 2009 So today we had our 2nd ultrasound, it was basically to measure all the babys organs and body parts to see that it's growing on schedule which it is. And they checked my uterus, bladder and placenta. The baby's heartbeat was 150 bpm, we got really nice pics and we did indeed get to find out the sex of our lil bean!!

August 3 2009 Today we had a dr appt, well everything is going well with me and baby. her heartrate was 140 bpm. I just love getting to hear that amazig sound each month. Dr scheduled me for my glucose test next wk and she also informed me that my next visit will be my last 4 wk visit. I will soon be seeing her/him every two wks wow time is surely passing by but im not complaining im ready to hold my little angel.

September 3 2009 Today was the first of my every 2 wk visits. I only gained a lb since last month and I also passed my glucose test whoa!! My total weight gain so far is 13 lbs the babys heartrate was 138 bpm. I also found out that she is heads down already which explains all the pain in pressure I have. well my next appt is sept 14 cant wait!!

September 14 2009 Today I had a regular check up appt, blood pressure, weight and urine test. My favorite part like always is hearing my little princess heartbeat which was 130 bpm. It's a sound I could never get tired of hearing ahhhh!!! Well my next appt is sept 30

September 30 2009 Today my dr appt was at 4:30 but I decides to go a lil early. I had to get an internal exam cause I have been having alot of painand pressure, everything was fine my cervix is still closed which is a good thing cause I want her to stay in there as long as possible. We got to hear her hearbeat which was 148 bpm. Dr said he thinks she around 5lbs (wow). My next appt is in 2 wks and I get an u/s I cant wait to see her again.

October 16 2009 My Dr appt today was extra special cause we got to see our baby on the u/s. She is in the heads down position and is measuring around 5.5 lbs. Her heartrate was 142 bpm. I'll be going to the dr every wk now and i cant wait cause im getting closer to meeting my angel!

October 23 2009 Dr appt was the same as usual, weight b/p and urine check everything is good and baby is doing good her heartrate was 140 bpm. Dr wants me to get the H1N1 vaccine next visit and my next appt is next friday, im hoping I get checked to see if im dialated!!

October 30 2009 Well my b/p and urine was good as usual. Baby's heartrate was 138 bpm. Dr checked me and im only 1 cm dialted and 50% effaced and baby is nice and low. I thought I would at least be 2cm but I guess baby is very comfy in there. I also got my H1N1 vaccine and my next appt is next wk, hopefully something happens before then!!

November 5 2009 Just got home from my 39wk dr appt. Baby's heartrate was 148 bpm and im 2 cm dialted, my cervix and thinned out and baby nice and low. Dr says since my due date is next wk Nov 11 that when I com in for my next appt that I will have to get a Non stess test (NST). Thats only is I dont go into labor before then. So im keeping my fingers crossed that I go into labor soon. My LO b-day is Nov 13 and I do not want to be in the hospital on her b-day.

November 12 2009 Well went to the dr this morning and had my NST which I had to do for an hr I was so sleepy. Anyway baby was asleep so I have to re-do it gain next monday and I have to go to the hospital today at 3:45 to check the fluid around the baby to make sure its ok for her to be in there. I got checked and nothing had changed since last wk, im really starting to believe that my Dr. got my due date wrong. She said if the baby isnt here by next wk we are deff gonna have to induce. So im keeping my fingers crossed that baby will come when she is ready
