thats exactly what I was talking about..Thanks! And I dont see a problem with my thyroids, Idont gain weight easily. But not everyone does. You know! I think with our daughter after the first few months I gained 1 lb per week and that was it. Im not about to get all medicated over something that sounds small...If it was a problem of me not gaining ANY weight or Losing TOO much at a time then I could understand, but Ive gained back 6-7 pounds since we were about 6 weeks prego. Hello most people dont gain weight when they cant keep crap down:) LOL I'll see what they say at my sonogram...hopefully good news...

I did the quad screening which was 2 drawings. 13 weeks and 17weeks. But I also optd for extra testing for multi. sclerosis (sp) and (I just had a blank..) the blood disease that can be in us (mainly African American since hubby is) gosh... I cannot think of it..anyway so a few other tests that my dr. said it might be good since we didnt with my daughter.They also had to retest my thyroids, they said the first test they wondered about so they wanted to test again to make sure everythings okay there.Dont even really know what the thyroid does but...:)google time...lol

Dito! But problem is for me....my dr. is now questioning the u/s tech. s comment on 80% boy!!! So I'll find out the 16th whether or not to return what I already bought:) But the bedding and crib and stroller/carseat etc are pretty unisex. So it will be mainly clothes that would need to be returned! :) When do you find out?

Thanks :) thats what i seriously thought as well! i thought for sure it was a boy! but deep down in my soul i felt like it was a girl! i think i made myself think boy so i wouldnt be disappointed if it was a boy! but its a lil girl soo u just might have one as well!! good luck tho i gotta know when u find out :)

2 WEEKS isnt very long at all! what do u want it too be? this whole time I felt like I knew deep down that it was a girl and have had a name picked out for a really long time! lol im naming her Taelyn Makensey.

At my appointment today the doctor(who is not my normal doc cuz she's on vacation) said that the heartbeat sounded like a boy...lol

we will see soon how this all pans out..

The face does look like mine...I'm super happy about that cuz it is just so weird knowing somebody else that you created looks like you.
But, it could be a boy too....lol

and nope, never had the baby yet!

haha..well when you put it that way then I guess I'm not oo jealous anymore.

But that package does rock!!
My package came with the musical cd recording the whole session, the cd with all the pics on it for the computer, a free gift basket, a free teddybear with the heartbeat recorded inside and 4 or 5 black and white printed out pics of the baby.....I believe that was it?? And that cost us a little over 150 bucks. Our musical cd was supposed to have 30 mins of recoreded time on it too but she only recorded 24 mins....lol....I was picking about that afterwards when I noticed that we were jipped out of 6 more mins...pretty picky of me huh? LOL

Anyways, I hope you really have a good time although I'm pretty sure you are going to love it. You can see all of your babies movements..when they smile, frown, suck their thumb...etc...
I seen my baby smack the cord out of it's face so fast..it was funny...we all laughed.
I hope you put a bunch of pics up on your page so I'll be able to see your little sweet pea..

I know!!! I thought that was soo cool!
I really thought that the baby would take after my bf. Just because if you looked at his family there genes are sooo strong everyone basically looks the same so I was like "yep, baby is defo going to look like you"

lol...ya, I know!!! It will be so weird and exciting to come home with a little baby that is all mine!
I'm feeling pretty sore today....like I'm bruised down there ya know? (tmi lol) But that's what they say it feels like when the baby starts to engage into your pelvis so who knows...could be soon maybe?? Or maybe not...haha

I'll let you know though if anything happens!!

lol..that is not that much of a difference..maybe 2 or 3 inches that's all!!! Your lucky your not my sister's size..she's only 4'11!!
Oh, your pregnancy will go by fast believe me. Before you know it you will be almost to the finish line and freaking out that you don't have everything done...lol...kinda like me.

Have fun on your trip though!!! Remember to take some stops to walk around.

Oh ya..you can defo take a trip when your 22 weeks along..your still not that big when your 22 weeks. If your driving a far distance the only thing that they will tell you to do is stop every hour or so to get out to stretch your legs and get your circulation moving around other wise you can start to swell up and all of that not fun stuff.

Haha..we will see about the old wives tale thing!! My other sister had 2 girls and one boy and only had a belly with all of them but she is pretty tall too.

I don't think I'm that tall...I'm just average height really..5'5 or 5'6...something like that.

lol..yup, I think I'll start my bag tonight. I'm going to use the diaper bag for the babies things so I'll have more room for my stuff in the bag that I bought for the hospital..lol

I only gained very slowly at first too. Byt the time I was 4 and a half months I think I had only gained 6 pounds but I just contributed that to the fact that no food sounded good to me and I could not eat meat at all(the smell of it even made me sick). After that though I got my appetite back and I could eat meat again so my weight started to pile on..lol. As of right now I have gained 34 pounds...lol..oopsy! I think a lot of it is fluid though since my hands and feet have swollen up pretty bad now (my feet can only fit into one pair of sneakers now everything else is too tight)

I think you'll probably just get it all in your belly too..your pretty tiny to start with so that's what I think. Hopefully I'll be right. My sister gained it everywhere!!! Her butt just exploded..lol..but she is a very short person to start with so there is less room for baby when you are short.

It's getting pretty close for me...eeek!! LOL....I still have to do up my hospital bag...I guess I should get on that since i could go at any time now!!
