This is my third pregnancy in the last year and this time I'm hoping for a beautiful and healthy baby.

My two previous pregnancies ended in missed miscarriages at 9 weeks. The first one was definitely a surprise, I went for my second prenatal appointment at 11 weeks and they didn't find a heartbeat.

The second time (3 months ago), again I went for my second prenatal appointment, this time at 9 weeks and again they didn't find a heartbeat. This second time they were able to do some genetic test and they told me the baby had down syndrome.

I just found out I'm pregnant this morning and I'm not planning to tell anybody yet, not even my husband. I don't want people to worry about me or my baby because I know everything is going to be all right

Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Sx

SO SO SORRY! I had a chemical pregnancy too. I was hoping at least one of us would have success. I don't know if I can keep going through this. It's hard to stay positive. Are you going to keep trying? Good luck to you. My prayers are with you.

Im sorry about your previous losses. I have never been pregnant but am TTC. My sister on the other hand had 4 miscarriages before she had my two nieces. She had to go on bed rest early in the pregnancy just to make sure everything was okay. They are healthy as ever!! I wish you the best of luck and my prayers are with you!! Congrats on the pregnancy. I am 5 days late...tested this afternoon and got a BFN!!! Im going to wait another couple of days before i test again. Take care!

Hi Sweethope, I know exactly how you feel. I had my third miscarriage in January and I completely broke down. I really felt as if I would never be able to cope with that terrible feeling of loss again. It is so unfair, particularly as the rest of the world seem to be pregnant. I am now pregnant again and am so anxious that it will happen again. All I know is that my husband and I surprise ourselves each time with how much we will put ourselves through to have a baby. I really really believe that we will all have our day, but I know that means nothing right now. Just concentrate on getting well both physically and mentally and I'm sure you'll come through the other side fighting. Good luck x

I am a success story. I lost my first at 14 1/2 weeks, my second at 16 weeks...then I had my first son. After him I could not get pregnant and basically told me I wouldn't again. Well, I saw a specialist out of Cincinnati and he told me I had PCOS and started me on treatment. I got pregnant 3 months later only to find out it was a molar pregnancy. Then we finally got the go ahead to try again and got pregnant the first night we tried. We had our second little boy, we decided we were satisfied with our family and chose not to go through all the stress of trying again...well guess what...I am 26 weeks pregnant with a little girl and we have not had one issue with this pregnancy. Before we had to take medicine to get pregnant, stay pregnant...you name it! This one has been a dream, of course I still had to take my progesterone and baby aspirin to keep me pregnant...but she is still going. I know how it kills your soul, sometimes it is best to walk away for a while and take a break. I did for 5 years before I would see a specialist...I was so tired and depressed. I would highly recommend seeing a specialist. Hopefully it will happen for you, and I am so sorry for the pain you are going through.

I had miscarried last year in March and June, and am due to give birth to a son in 5 weeks. Pray for strength and courage and I know this one will work out for you. Ask your doctor about aspirin therapy, my problem was I ended up having a blood clot disorder. Also, I to am an older mom (we also have a 10 year old son) and found that with my age and the miscarriages, the care I am receiving is exceptional. Make sure your obgyn knows your past history. Good Luck.

I pray that your baby's heart starts beating strong within the next few days when it is 18 days old (?). My heart goes out to you for all you've been through. When will they check up on this little one? Did they tell you the odds of having it happen a third time? Gosh, I pray all goes well for you. Please keep me updated.
