-About Me-

-My name is Sydney Renee and yes im 17.This was not planned at all but its not a mistake..My boyfriends name is Quinten Adam, he will be 20 in march, and we have been together for two SOLID years! (October 12).We first found out that we were pregnant on April 26 by taking a home pregnancy test.It came out positive! I started to cry because i was scared that Q wouldnt want to stay with me, i was still in high school, and i had alot going for me.But Q said that he was going to stay with me no matter what and that we have to take care of what needs to be done.the hardest part of it all was telling MY MOM! I was so scared but everything turned out well and both sides of the family are excited and so supportive!! I am so greatful that Q stayed around, and he is supportive more then ever!Everyday just watching him interact with my belly and always talking to Jade, and singing to her, and reading stories to her,and talks about how he wants to do stuff with her when shes born just makes me melt all over again.(i know that sounded corny)I can tell he will be a very good daddy and i couldnt be any happier!!

-My Pregnancy-

WELL we are having a girl!! and going to name her Jade Renee Shafer! My pregnancy has been very good so far.never got morning sickness.but i am SO ready for her to come!!! My pre-pregnancy weight was 125, and now weigh 184!!!! yea im a biggin!! lol.i really didnt have much strech marks BUT now that she dropped.i have TONS! My first due date was Dec10 but i had a sonogram that said Dec24!!! So we will see!!!

--GOOOODDD NEWS!!!!!!--

Dec27- I had a dr app today.im not fully effaced or dialated.which was really weird because last week the dr that was on call told me that i was fully effaced.idk weird.but anyways he told me that he was going to induce me MONDAY!!!!! SOOOO i go to the hospital SUNDAY night at 7:30pm to start this medicine thats supposed to help soften the rest of my cervix.i have to get it for 12 hours.one of the medicine (i for got the names) is a pill that is inserted every 4 hours for 12 hours, and the other is this capsule that is attached to this string and i leave it in for 12 hours.by my cervix.THEN on MONDAY morning after 12 hours they are going to start me on pitocin!!!! im SUPPPPEEERRR excited!!! soooo HOPEFULLY she will be here on Monday NIGHT!!!!! you guys have no clue how excited i am!!! i just hope everything goes well.im so NERVOUS tho!!! but suuuppper excited!!!! soooo the next time i probably will be on here i will get to put pics up of my FAMILY and DAUGHTER!!!! YAYYAYYAYYAYYAY!!!!! WISH ME LUCK!!!!!

SOOOO no baby its dec 29, buttt i was having reallllyy bad contractions last night and the night before.i havent got ANY sleep because of them!!! they are the kind where i cant breath let alone walk, talk and all the good stuff!! i went to the hospital 3 times, and each time they sent me home.im in sooooo much pain.idk how im going to make it through it all.buttt good thing im dialated to 1.5!!!! and effaced, i have like 10% to go!!!! yayy!!!! sooo today i woke up bout midnight with these contractions but these ones are ALOT different.its just in the middle/down by my pubic bone.feels like shes going to fall.im not at the point where i want to push but kinda.i lost majority of my plug and little bit is still coming out and it scares me each time cuz i think my water broke!!! lol i just want that to happen..lol.sooo hopefully tonight i have her!! that would be AWESOME!!! but if not then tomorrow is the begining process so no matter what im having her this weekend!!! YAYYAYYAY!!!!!!
