We are trying again! Yay! We suffered a miscarriage at 20 weeks and were devistated but we are feeling better now and are trying again for a beautiful baby. It will be our first and we just want to be parents so bad! We love our cats and dogs but it's time for some two legged babies!!

No sign of AF yet...I'm locking the doors and battoning down the hatches!! :)

Still no AF, but a BFN on an EPT I took on Monday. Not taking anymore of those; the manufacturer's are making a fortune off gals like us! I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow because I take Synthroid and if I am preggo, need to make sure the dosage is correct, so tomorrow I'll go and hopefully know something soon!! I really do think I am going to get a BFP!

AF arrived, two weeks late; I don't get it... Oh well. Not discouraged, just confused! We'll try again this month! :)

Now we wait - I test in a week and am hoping for a BFP. It would be bittersweet..... Also, my husband's birthday is the 16th so what a wonderful gift that would be~ let's hope and see what God has in store.

Not much new to report; I get to test in ten days but I am not sure if we hit the window this month. We shall see! Been very busy with my photography business and life in general!

Hello there! I thought I would let you know that I took a pregnancy test this morning and it came back positive! I can't believe it! I just hope everything goes ok since it's still really early. Good luck to you!

Hiya Pam, thanks so much for the well-wishes :) lol, hardly a wealth of knowledge, but I try to give info which I think might help the TTCers where I can... I can't imagine how frustrating and sad it must be to want to conceive and (like so many of these ladies) struggle to for so long... We conceived on our first try, and were so lucky... just following a few tips I'd read about/seen on tv (fertility, conception etc has always interested me)... by rights it shouldn't have happened that quickly because I was about 30 pounds overweight when we conceived!

Thanks so much again - feeling good thank you, but like an elephant! lol. Little man seems to make mock charges at coming - occasional crampiness etc... but alas, he seems determined to stay put... only 2.5 weeks to go :)

I feel pregnant: hormonal, forgetful and fat. In fact, I am at my computer right now because DH and I got into a small fight that I walked away from so we could both cool off...and I almost replied to your note by leaving a note on MY diary! DUH! I know what you mean abou the last pregnancy...I had the SAME feelings. I was shocked, confused, alone and terrified. But you never truly know how much you want to be a parent until you lose a child. This time around I am THRILLED and paranoid (of course - more so now that I am closer to when we lost the last one). I just can't wait till December! I hope you get your BFP soon, sweetie! It's a great feeling

Hi! How are you? Sorry I haven't written. I've just been so busy lately! I'm doing very well, thank you for asking. Other than some achiness I'm feeling great. I already have a cute little pooch, which is amazing to me. I really think it's because I just had Bekah in December so my muscles are still kind of stretched.

Thanks so much for the compliments on my page. I like to change it fairly often because I think it's fun! You're right, the pic you really like is one of my favorites, too. Can you tell daddy was on the other side of the camera making his baby girl laugh? lol!

So how are you doing? On the TWW, huh? I really hope it goes by fast this time and that you have a wonderful present in the end!!! You'll have to keep me updated. How long until you test? Hopefully you'll have some cramping at about 7 DPO. That's when I had it and it must have been from implantation. I'll keep praying for ya! I want you to be preggers with me!!!

Hi Pam, doing alright today, much better than I did Tuesday... It is definitely a roller coaster experience.

Couldn't help but laugh when I received your post. "We are in the midst of bd'ing". Well, I hope you weren't in the midst of it while writing to me

But I do hope it will be your month! And mine too!

Sounds like you will have a busy weekend ahead of you! I am a photographer although I haven't done a lot of paid work in that field, more videoing. A lot of the time though people get someone they know to do the filming and I do the editing. Either way, I just finished a job last week (a pilates DVD) and have decided I will be doing no more filming. It is too stressful and takes away too much time from my son and husband. I will still do the editing though which I can do when my little boy is asleep. But my main job is to be a mom, no job is more important to me.

I am glad you felt the hug

I know what you mean by moments of grief and sadness. They come and go. Sometimes they are further apart, sometimes not. To me though it seems that the further apart they come, the harder they hit when they do hit. I had a really bad day yesterday. I felt like I could barely breathe and I cried a lot. Today I am a lot better. There are times when I can't read other people's stories without being a total mess, and then there are times when I am able to read them and just have compassion without falling totally apart. You are right, everyone's experience is different, but I am sure there are a lot of similarities too.

By the way, every time I look at your picture I think I am looking at myself! It is weird. I have pictures where I look just like that (if I don't look too close).

Yeah, I keep hearing that little voice saying "you will never be pregnant again". Do you hear that too?? Anyway, I am trying my hardest to tell it it is lying. One day I will have another little blessing. Yes, hopefully next month will be our month. Seemed like there has been a fair few BFPs this month...

I was 11 weeks when I miscarried. The embryo was 8 weeks when it stopped developing. There must have been some chromosome malfunction. I had a blighted ovum. I was experiencing some pain and spotting. Something I didn't have with my daughter. I called the doctor's office but they didn't seem too worried. They said that kind of stuff can be normal and to call back if it gets worse. Well the weekend rolled around and the pain increased leading me to the ER with my husband in the middle of the night. We stayed there till morning and finally after the ultrasound, the doctor said the embryo and the sac implanted exactly where it should but that the embryo didn't seem to be viable anymore. I was devasted and just wanted to go home. The pain was pretty bad. So unexpected. It happened right when I got home and at that moment I cried so hard. My husband tried to comfort me but it just wasn't cutting it. I'm so sorry about what happened to you. It's such a horrible experience. It's every expecting mother's worse nightmare. Especially when you want a baby soooo bad. No matter what ppl tell you, the pain of losing your unborn baby just cuts so deep. I think no matter how much time has pass, the memory of having your baby inside of you will always stay with you. Did you ever get to feel your baby move? June 1st will be a hard day for you. My due date was suppose to be around Thanksgiving. The same time as my daughter's birthday and mine. I hope you will be blessed with another one real soon. You and your husband deseve one. Thank you for sharing your experience with me. It's always nice to meet ppl in the same boat. It looks like I came to the right place :D.

I do to...cd 10 stat bd now and give your self a higher chance...I just checked with my doctor and Im pretty sure I conceived 2 dpo so make sure you bd well after ovulation...God luck hun and I really hope this is your months.. sending Babydust!!!! xx

Hi! No, we don't know if it's a boy or girl yet. My gut has told me a boy since day 1...we don't have the u/s until June 17th....seems like a long way away. But, honestly it really doesn't matter as long as it's healthy. This is our first, but I'm not sure if we'll have any more or not. I think we would like 2 - - but it took us about 16 months to get pregnant with this one, and I'm not getting any younger. We'll see what God has in store. Would have loved to have twins! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you...I know what the roller coaster is like! Good luck (practice makes perfect! LOL)
