Birth Story
I went for an induction Wednesday Oct. 17th, started pitocin at 10:30 am, not much happened and baby couldn't tolerate the pitocin very well, his heart rate would drop during contractions, so after 30 hours of labor, they broke my water and contractions got very painful. I got an epidural at 5 cm and my cervix stopped dilating after 6 cm and baby was still high, so they had to do a c section and he was born at 1:59am on friday, oct 19th, weighing 9 pounds and 5 oz!!! My pelvis was too small for him to move down, so a c section was the only way. It was a long 40 some hours of labor, but I'm home now and he's so precious, I can't get enough of him!

7 Months pregnant! I'm slowly getting closer to seeing my baby boy, only 12 more weeks to go! We already have the nursery pretty much ready, just a few more decorations I want to get. Everyone keeps telling me the last few months are the worst, and I'm starting to realize it's true. My back hurts all the time! I LOVE feeling my little one kick! I wish he would settle down at bedtime though. :) Congrats to all you mommies to be out there!
About me....Hi everyone! This is my first baby and we are so excited, and nervous. I'm originally from Minnesota, I joined the Army and met my husband, and now we living in Texas because that's where he is stationed. I plan on going to college to become a nurse in the future, I love caring for others and helping them out. I have 3 brothers, two older and one younger. I'm the first one to be having kids though! I plan on having a big family, at least 5 children. My husband doesn't want that many but we'll see...
