April 22 Got a chance to peek into my son's world :) His little mouth was open.He was yawning or swallowing not sure which... We tried 4D But he wouldn't moving! His boy parts have grown emensley LOL.. And he is already a 1.5 pounds.. I am now weighing in at 140 pounds I have gained 13 pounds since my last visit... My Doc told me to slow down some,and that I still have 3 more months to go. I came into this pregnancy weighing 121 pounds.. And I think I am doing okay... I have had some really bad ligament pain in my hips and pubic bone,my Dr prescribed medication,but I dont think I going to fill it. My face is retaining water and I have felt some braxton hicks... It's like a tightening effect.. It only feels uncomfortable when I urinate SORRY TMI... I hope all of you LOVELY ladies are doing well... Officially 6 months.. Time is flying by so quickly.. March 20 Starting to feel sidekicks..I can really see his movements.. It's so wonderful. I will update you all soon- I cant wait for our next appointment to see how big he's gotten... Speak with you soon- Mid april! March 18 My hubby told me I look like I am gaining some weight. He said it looks as if I gained 3 pounds since our last doctors visit about 2 weeks ago. I have experienced terribly dry skin on my hands and a bit on my face.. I have sensitive skin so using moisturizers only inflames the areas and chaffes them further more.. :) Just another symptom of many in pregnancy. In no time I will be 20 weeks the official mid way mark. For a moment I felt as if time was slowly dripping. Now analyzing my body and feeling my sons kicks and rolls fortify,I realize that time is progressing. People have told me I look bigger then the last occasion they have seen me. I am always giving them questionairres.. Are you sure? Where have I gained? When was the last time you seen me? AGAIN.. Are you sure? The outwardly appearances are the least of my worries. The truth is I am mentally preparing myself for motherhood. I will be one of the major teachers in my son's world and I am HONOURED.I am able to teach my son about life, morals,respect. And to assist him when he needs counselling and listening intently when he needs an ear... He will always know that he has my undivided attention. I am in such bliss. I love my baby So much. I am letting all of my close friends know about our little bundle.. Everyone is so excited and filled with anticipation. We're most likley having the baby here in France. By the time we're to return home I will be 7 months... 9 hours on the plane OVERSEAS. So we're having a Frenchie baby. My husband has selected Simba:Lion- Swahili Lyon: Hill of light- French (Lee yun). Simba Lyon- I adore the name. March 4 ... Can you guess what were having? I had my routine scan and the Dr. had asked me last appointment if I wanted to know the sex of our baby and I said yes. He asked once more to confirm and I said YES.. And the doctor didn't have to say much I saw my baby's BOY PARTS. He had alright english and said - Do you know what that is? I said "A boy". He said "Yes, normally that would be boy" Bless his heart. My husband is estatic, as he should be. He told me he only produces boys LOL. My husband's father has over 5 boys... I feel so blessed and have been thanking G-d for his blessings... What complete NIRVANA when I hold my baby boy this coming August... Pregnancy Survey April 14 Today is echograph day :) My husband has an away game so I am going the procedure alone.. But I am travelling with two girlfriends who will be waiting in the wait room.. WHY are they going to seated in the waiting room? Well because I have peel my panties.. Even without a transvaginal ultrasound.. As odd of a practice, they stick to it. Other than that, I have been doing well. The skies are blue and the wind is warming up.Time is progressing and I can no longer see my lady parts. LOL, I also cannot clip or paint my toe nails :) My toes are looking pretty prehistoric.. I will let you all know the details shortly.. Love and light, Tiff

I have gained 6lbs I am so happy! I know my doctor is going to look at me side ways 6 lbs in one month.. LOL I was trying to tell everyone I was turned off by certain food ,bdecause of their smells. I didn't think I could get there- But the weight is sticking. My goal was to put on 3 :) I guess the extra 3lbs wont hurt. I have been walking, swimming an have started some light weight training. Researchers have proven that excercising during pregnancy lessens time and struggle during labour... My mother worked out through out all three of her pregnancies and had me in 2 hours. I was 9lbs 10 oz. I work specifically on my arms and legs and leave out the abdomen completely.

I have a Dr.'s appointment coming up, I am thrilled to learn the sex of our baby. We'll see if all of those chinese preditors friends and families, husband and my own gut feeling is correct- That I am indeed carrying a baby boy. Wouldn't that be something.

Also something special to share - I felt the baby move... Sweetest feeling baby on earth. Daddy can't feel it yet- but he will :)

YAY! I had an ultrasound today.. Oh what glee. Me and my husband we giggling like little children. We seen our baby wave hello and good bye and give a stretch with it's little legs. It was so magical. I can't get over how big our baby is. I remember our 8 week ultrasound and it didn't seem to fill my uterus, now it looks as if baby is squashed by my uterine walls.. I know it's normal,but baby looked as if it was counting down to August :) I am very pleased with our experience. I recieve two appointments this week one of the Ultrasound techs and the other with my Ob/gyn. My Ob/gyn has an ultrasound machine in his office - so maybe I will get lucky and see a little bean twice for the month... Wish me luck!

Although I am a 22 year old woman, I never really considered myself a "bolt of lightning" and prided myself in how mature others seen me. I loved being introduced to woman in their late 30's and have indepth conversations and suddenly they ask. "How old are you?" I tell them my age and they winch " Wow, your just a baby" ..."Really ?" And I guess that would make them a school grader. That's not what's really eating me. It's the fact that I have become pregnant and now that I am forbidden to go out and party or even hang with my hubby in some smoke filled room, its now suddenly appealing. I am horrible, right?

And dont get me wrong I have been enjoying my pregnancy, watching my little belly grow :)

I wanted nothing but a child the day I met my husband. And now that we are on the verge of parenthood I want to crip walk to some Snoop Dogg ?? LOL I dont know - I think this maybe a part of my transition. I am lusting after activities I cannot be apart of. And thats normal. We want what we can have. I dont feel pregnancy is a punishment. I just had a rude awakening last night- My husband asked me whether or not I wanted to step out with him. Mind you I am getting over this "Frenchie" flu. And I know I could've went and had a BLAST. But my wants are now secondary. I have known and accepted myresponsibilities as an expectant mother from the day I found out I was pregnant. And I know what's right for this little person. So as much as it may sting to let go - I have to wave a paw and keep it moving - I am sure there will be opprutunities in the future- Plus my husband's company always brightens my day. I told my husband I'll be ready to rock December 2009 - He told me I 'll be pregnant again by then LOL. I dont think he's giving me a choice : p How hilairious is that? Any way I hope I haven't offended any of you ladies out there or stirred up new feelings of partying. I would love to hear your thoughts on this matter..

My husband and I have been under the weather for the last two days.. It's funny because I was letting one of my friends on here know that I was doing pretty good thus far in the pregnancy.. And then BOOM! Im lying in bed shivering with a fever. I was prescribed some medicine and my first initial thought was, "NO WAY AM I TAKING THAT CRAP." Only because I have never known a pregnant woman to be medicated. Not to mention I am in a different country and I am not sure what some of the cough syrups and liquid aids contain... This insecurity lead me and my husband to disagree, his view "If the doctor prescribed it you should be fine," " He wants what's best for me and baby"

And we have both seen a signifcant difference in my appearance... ( Not looking as sick) My view "The doctor didn't ask me how far along I was." " I dont know a single pregnant woman who has taken a swig of cough syrup in my entire LIFE." I have been researching on different sites. I am going to take my husband advice and take the medicine.. We will be viewing baby soon, so we'll see how he's doing.. :) Hope the rest of you ladies are doing well..

8 viles of blood in one shot. Here in France I was tested for viruses that were protected from back home. Never had to give up that much in my entire life. I walked to and from the clinic with my husband and when I got home made some breakfast and went to SLEEP... And how sweet it was... I guess all the "draining" contributed to the exhaustion. I am craving salsa and chips so I am off to the grocery for that and I few items that we need... Speak with you ladies soon... Blessings and positivity.

Eureka I've found it...

I have figured out the cause to my nausea/vommiting, wont say I have it down to a science. I haven't been pregnant that long. But I have found a pattern. If I eat immediately after I wake up I get sick. If I walk around, shower and then get something in my stomach it will sit. Of course I figured this, post-hurl. I kissed the mighty porcelain bowl...mmm nothing like the smell of bowl cleaner to soothe your already upset stomach LOL. Other than that I am doing pretty good. I have loads to be grateful for... I have to get some blod work done and give a couple urine samples.. Which should be delicious. I will let you lovely ladies know how everything unfolds. I pray everyone is well...

First ultrasound was completed today,couldn't be happier. I said a prayer thanking GOD afterwards.Everything looks really good. I was so nervous before this appointment, the cramping and so forth. After seeing the image of our little 18 mm baby I felt strength. My husband was glowing and that in itself was a real treat. His smile could light up a city block :) The heart rate was normal and all was proportioned correctly.

I am truly blessed by this experienced... Have a good ladies!

Loss of appetite.. And constipation!... GREAT! LOL. I feel hungry,but when I smell food I want to gag. I have to talk myself through it. I tell myself... The baby has got to have nutrients in order to grow big and strong. Oy Vey! And being stopped up is no fun either. On top of the cramping and stretching of the uterus I feel gassy and bloated which makes my stomach tender... I know this sounds awful and horrible but I am happy to be going through it. I have read through this site and others and I have been assured these are all apart of the pregnancy oufit... I have to wear it in style for the next 7 months :)

Morning sickness! I had nothing but a glass of grape juice. Not fun. At the samr time it is awakening. At this early stage there is a tiny little lump beginning to form. and nausea and mense like cramps were the only symptoms to date. I am enjoying everyday of this pregnancy... Thank you ladies for your support and care :)

PS. I broke the silence to my Mother and Mother in law. They have promised to keep the great news a secret until my husband and myself decide to announce, which will most likely be in the 2nd trimester :)

Hey girls. So I am wondering, when is the right time to announce to family that you and hubby are expecting?

I am only a few weeks pregnant and I am returning for the holidays to my home town, from the 5th week to the 6th ( currently living over seas)... I am not fearful of anyones reaction, I am certain everyone will be thrilled. I just dont want to jump the gun,you know??

Truly I dont know what has got me so paranoid.

So anyone out there who has had children or is going through the same episode or who can empathize... Please throw your suggestions or advice.

Ladies, I have some incredible news... I took a pregnancy test early this morning and.... I had a great, big surprise... I AM PREGNANT! I woke my husband up and was shaking.. I have never been so happy :) BABY DUST TO ALL!!! TTC'ers - Please stay faithful and hopeful.

I am happily married to the man of my dreams, who makes everday that I wake more special than the last. We have been TTC, for alomost a year and are praying for a healthy child.I am remaining optismistic that G_D will bless us when the timing has become right.. "His will be done"
