I gave birth to Jalayah on November 24, 2007. She weighed 6 pounds 15 oz. She was so beautiful. I had the epidural of course cus those contractions were no joke. Anyway my lil angel is here. She is 3 months in that picture. She always smiling.

Im Having a Girl!

Hi everyone! I am from Oakland, CA. This is my first pregnancy and I am so excited. My due date is Thanksgiving day. I hope she comes before then. I want to eat. LOL!

I work full-time Mon-Fri and sit at a desk all day. I be bored so I will like to make some new friends and chat online when I'm not busy.

My boyfriend and I live together in a one bdrm apt. I will like to upgrade to a 2 bdrm for my baby. I am so lazy. I just started back cooking for him. I know i been getting on his nerves. However in the beginning of my pregnancy I was very sick. My average height and weight is 5'6, 130 pounds. I got so sick I missed a whole week of work and lost about 13 pounds. Well I eat now but my apetite is not the same. I waste a lot of food.

Anyway, enough about me. Congrats to all expectant mothers. And I hope and pray u have a healthy baby boy or girl.

Hey everyone! I went to the doctor yesterday and got all my test back and they were all good. I was afraid of hearing the results of my glucose test. But I was no where close to being diabetic. Anyway I still have to wait for the results for the birth defect test. I am so scared. But I will pray on it.

I had my baby shower. My so-called best friend did not show up or call. She supposedly went to jail. But I called the jail and she was not listed. She had someone call my phone like 3 days later telling me she was in jail. Whatever! Anyway we not friends anymore. I dont need that in my life.

My baby rec'vd a good amount of stuff from guest. We already had the crib, playpin, and high chair. My boyfriend mama got us the stroller and car seat. So that was cool. Anyway, my baby still needed more socks and onesies. So I will use the gift cards I rec'vd for that. Everyone worked so hard at my shower and I had a great time.

My best friend had her baby girl today and copied off my baby name. A lot of people say "Awwwww thats so cute" No its not. Her baby daddy name is Tajon, so she said she was naming her daughter Tajanae. So I told her I was naming my daughter Jalayah. This was like 3-4 months ago. I spoke with her again about a month ago and she said she wanted to name her baby Jakayla or Jalala. Anyway I got very upset cus she couldnt come up with her own name. And now that her baby is due b4 mine it looks like I copied. And everyone was like change ur baby name. HELL NO! I thought of that name first and my boyfriend and I have been calling her Jalayah ever since then, including my family. Anyway she had her today. And she kept that name.

I pulled mysef away from her now that she's done that. I didnt even go visit her baby nor did I go to her shower. That just bothers me.

October 23rd, 2007

Well tomorrow the 24th is my last day of work. I found out I had Symphasis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) a couple of weeks ago. Only pregnant women get it and its very rare. If I was to get prego again I will have this same issue. My doc took me off work early. That is so painful. Its pain right in ur pelvic above ur pubic hair that hurts like hell. Whats even funny is that when u lay down in bed it hurts even worst. The pain is undescribable. Wow! Im glad im leaving work early, cus when I walk I take baby steps. Anyway, I wont be on here as much after I have her, but will keep you updated.
