Hey yall my name is Tonya i have been with my husband for 10 years married 8. My husband is in the Army and has been for almost 8 years. We have been trying to have a baby for 8 years now but had no luck until he left for iraq he came home in Sept, we moved to kentucky from kansas in dec and thats when it happend, if that was all it was going to take then i would have moved along time ago lol it has been a long 10 1/2 weeks i found out at 3 weeks but we are so very happy.

Im so sorry you tried for 8 years. it is such a heartache not getting pregnant each month. waiting for your period to start each month so you can try once again only to get your period 4 weeks later. its terrible! My husband and I tried for a little over 2 years which i thought was bad, but 8 years! Isnt it the best feeling now that you are pregnant? God is good! congratulations and good luck with your next 23 weeks (it will go by fast once you hit the later teens!)
