Hi, I do some tummy time each day. Read a book, I have an exercise mat for baby that has things hanging from it. It is colorful and plays music. He likes that. He is in his swing a lot and likes to look at the mobile go round. He is 7 weeks old now so he is starting to show more interest in these things.

I just saw your post. I was trying to breastfeed that first week and had the fusiest baby. The day I began to pump, I had a totally different baby. I realized he was still hungry and thought if I can't keep up with my little piggy then there's nothing wrong with supplementing some formula too. I use the exact same formula. Honestly its b/c I got so many free samples in the mail. He has done just fine going back and forth between the two. He sleeps longer and better now that he has a full tummy. =)

Wow! One month already! Matthew is 2 and a half weeks now. He is really fussy and doesn't want to sleep much during the day, which can be frustrating. But he's sleeping good at night usually, which is great.

Everything is well. My little man is getting bigger everyday. Its hard to believe that he is almost 1 month old already. It is amazing how fast they grow and learn. I am so in love with him! So how are things going for you mommy?

My baby is now smiling when we talk to her and she follows us or objects with her eyes. I give her about 5 mins of tummy time about 2-3 times per day. She is now able to lift her head up at tummy time and look around. She also enjoys bouncing with me on one of those exercise balls. I sit with her and bounce. It is really good also when they are crying.

I saw that you are breastfeeding and pumping and was wondering how many ounces you get when you pump? I am doing the same and I feel like I am not getting enough milk when I pump. Please let me know. I need all the help I can get:)

im due the same day as you. still nothin? lol. me neither! i have a doc appoint. tommorrow.Im 1 1/2 cent. dilated 70-80% effaced right now, so we'll see tomm. if anything new has happened. i started having the pre-labor contr. on sunday. when do u have your next appoint?

I hope your appointment went well--mine was weird. The dr. told me he's been using TODAY as my due date (based on my LMP) and I've been using this Sun. (based on my ultrasounds). I'm still not really dilated, but the baby has moved down a bit. So we'll see!

well good luck with those contractions! hopefully active labor/delivery is right around the corner! still no contractions for me :( im most likely going to get my membranes swiped on thursday, which is also my due date. im trying to avoid being medically induced for as long as possible. because i wan to experience the surprise of going into labor and everything that goes with it. but if i need ot be induced... then ok. just as long as my little boy is safe
