Oh my, oh my! I am having a baby! I am so excited, as well are my boyfriend, Joe, and his 3 year old year old daughter, Gillian, whom we have almost full time! I never thought this would happen for me! I have always wanted to be a mother but thought I would be unable to or would have to use medical assistance (just as one of my sister's had to).

Here is my story... I am 30 years old, I am social worker, whom loves working with people and whom attempts to understand human nature. I was previously married, to a man whom I was with/dated for over 7 years. We tried to get pregnant and were unable. Upon the seperation of the marriage, he became the father of a child with another woman, so now we know it wasn't him! (I can laugh about this now!) So I thought it might be me whom had the difficutly with conception. But I guess not! Joe and I have been together about a year. I am happy and in a much better mind set than I was when I was married. I guess my doctor is right! Sometimes our body's know what is best for us and we need to listen to them. It knew I was not supposed to have a baby with my ex and that now is the time to bring this wonderful bundle of joy into the world.
