I'm 37 years old, in my 6th pregnancy. Have had 3 m/c's, one healthy living child, and one fullterm 6 day old child deceased, due to heart defect.

Had tried for years to get pg, tried herbs, clomid, accupuncture, nothing worked. We just felt blessed to have our one DS. In fact, my sis is menopausal kinda early, I thought I was heading toward that stage of life. Then all of sudden here I am! We are overwhelmed with elation and gaurded happiness. I am a worrier, so I know this is going to be a challenge.

So far so good with this pg:) Had an u/s at 6w5d that showed a heartbeat, thank God!

Heres to a healthy and happy 9 months to all us pg gals!

2/14/08:

First Official OB Visit! Yay! 8W1D, U/S dated me at 8W3D, all the better!

Babys' HR is 176, and strong:) I go back next month for the nuchal trans. test. Now that I've made it past the 'first visit', we're starting to get excited. The first Dr appt was always bad news for me in the past. Now hopefully I can put that behind me and have a successful outcome this time:)
