i saw yuo thing about the mucus [plug...i lost mine at 34 weeks...and had him at 38...i was walking around dilated to 4cm 95% effaced for 3 weeks...nuts huh.....but my doctor would not willingly induce me until i hit 37 weeks.....when i finally had it done i was 38 and 5days...8hr later and i had my little man!!! Good luck.....try walking around to get things started with your contractions....to find out if they are real my doc always had me take a warm bath...if they went away it was nothing...and they always did...but maybe not for you!!! good luck!!

i think you should have your feets up and when you feel ok try to walk a little bit, maybe you are almost ready :-)

i lost my plug 8 days ago and have been 1 1/2 cm dilated for 4 weeks! none of it matters, there is no way to know:-( Good luck!

When you loose the plug, it can take 2 weeks or just a few hours for you to deliver your baby!

no probs that would only be say 3 weeks ealry so the baby would be ok as the normal time to have a baby as they say is 37-42 weeks so she won`t be preemie .good luck..ahh how sweet seeing that pic of baby must make you feel much closer to her..bless..anyway hope all goes smoothly..happy

i would say not long withinn 24 hours surely but i have heard that you can lose your plug a week before going into labour , now as you are dilated that makes me think not long say within 24 hours , surely its bound to happen within that time, how do you feel sinse last check do you feel as if things have happened down there? i have always just been so quick and not had this. it could just suddenly all start quickly ,i would say keep active if you can and good luck

I would be worried about the pain, unless they feel like contracts. You should probably go get checked out just to make sure everything is okay.

It can take up to 2 weeks after you loose your plug to deliver, my was 2 days later.

i just read your post, are you still having cramps? the way to check and see if you are in true or false labour is to drink 2 glasses of water and lay down for 1 hour. if the pain goes away it's false labour. hope that helps!

well ladies hope you are all well and your lil ones in and out of you all!! we are well also, just busy since boys are on summer break, and lil roman almost 10 mths and crawling, standing with help of furniture, he has fallen a few times, guess he has to get the certificate from nature proof of he paid his dues to get to walk. anyways just checking in you all, make sure all is going better for ya all. holla back, miss ya all!!!! them olden days of chat.
