My name is Kellie, I am 30, married to my bestest friend ( I don't care how corny that sounds..its true) and pregnant with our first child!!! I have been married not even a year but been with Patrick since 2002 when we met up in Smithers, BC but I am originally from Winnipeg, Mb. Thats right a prarie girl!!! I graduated with a degree in Fish and wild and finished off with a year in natural resources sciences. But with the way jobs are going, and my state right now, I have resorted to the exciting world of...banking. I know, I know. I was once in the bush tracking grizzley bears and now im making deposits. Oh well, its all for the good!

I have signed up on this site because I love meeting new people and I think its amazing how we can all bounce ideas off eachother and have other women to ask question to. My mom wishes they had the internet when she was pregnant!!!

Sorry ladies for what my last blog and what it said in it. I just deleted it off of here and just to stand corrected it was my ex boyfriend saying that not me but i didn't mean to offend anyone because trust me i don't use that word because i used to date african american men myself. My ex is the racist. My boys' godfather is african american so i woulde NEVER NEVER use it..Please except my apologies and like i said earlier i DID NOT by any means was trying to offend anyone and i am deeply sorry.

Oh, and another thing ladies..anyone got any advice how to make your own baby food? I'm starting to introduce Ashlynn to solids more and she HATED the Gerber Applesauce, was ok with the Gerber Bananas and tends to like the Gerber Sweet Potatoes but still spits some out lol. Maybe she'd like more "real" food blended up soft for her?? Any advice please?

Hello ladies...guess what.........last night my boyfriend (fiance basically) went and bought me a promise ring! We're saving up for the big engagment ring but he really wanted me to have something on my finger (haha claiming me lol) so we went and go a promise ring. Its got 3 little diamonds lined up and the band is made out of white gold not silver. I just LOVE it. Few years and we'll be having a wedding but we're more focused on Ashlynn right now than getting married...as long as we're together thats what matters to us! Clocks go ahead 1 hour on the 14th! (In Canada & USA)...yes spring is here! Picnics, playing in the grass, BBQ's! God, how I love spring!
It should be interesting to see if it affects Cicely. She goes to bed at 2-3am...she's a night hawk like mommy!

First off i wanna say thank you to everyone who has commented on my blog and now i have a new question. How can you keep track of when you ovulate if you haven't had a period since the birth of your child? My son is going to be 3 months old March 7th and i have not had a period yet and i'm not pregnant because i haven't had sex so i would i go about tracking when i ovulate?
