See the thing wit me is that i see 2 different docs too...i have my regular OB and i also see a specialist....the OB wants me to go 39 wks(which is insane) and the specialist wants me to go till 38...both doctors communicate with eachother.....i tried to get them to come to terms and let me go for 37 but they said nope totally out of the question...so the only way ill be having these boys anytime before then is if my body goes into labor on its on after 36 wks....i dont know how long im going to go....I FEEL LIKE A TICKING TIME BOMB!!!! luckily im not having any complications to where im VERY miserable but i think im going to try to push for 38...the docs think i can..only time will tell...their growth has slowed a lil so the longer they stay in i probably can get some more weight on them...last time i went to the doc was at 32 wks and their weights were 4lbs and 4.4lbs...i was very disappointed with myself...

i read the comment on jordan82 page that u left about her being lucky that their inducing her at 36 wks and their going to imduce u at 37! well lucky yall cuz my doc told me that he wouldnt induce me till 38 wks!!

Just wanted to see how things were going for you. Not too bad here. Had to go back to labor and delivery last night. My contractions were 5 mins apart. They gave me a shot of terbuline to stop them and then sent me home about 11am. I still have to go to my doctor tomorrow. So hopefully he will let me know what the plan is.

Everyday they stay in is better. I go back to the doctor on Monday too. I just wish time would go by and it would be over, I am so bored on bedrest. I can't sleep at night and then I'm tired all day. I try to stay up as much through the day that I can but that doesn't help either.

Good Luck. When I left the hospital I was 3 cm 50% and -2. But still taking procardia so contractions don't start back up. I did have a few last night, but nothing to go back in for. I go back Monday, so I guess I'll see if anything changed.

I've asked my doctor and he said as long as they are head down, we will go with vaginal delivery. Hope everything goes okay. Don't wait too long if contactions don't stop, they won't be able to stop delivery at the hospital if they need too.

My doctor hasn't talked about anything about that. I really would like to have them vaginally if possible. I'm a little scared of how I would feel after a c-section. Don't want to rely on anybody else for help any longer. I feel you on the sleeping issues. I am getting a little more sleep now that I'm at home, but still wake up all the time and go to the bathroom. Both of my boys are excited about all the babystuff being put up now. My finace' got everything together when I was in the hospital.

Thank you. He is always kissing on my belly and telling the babies he loves them. I remember when I was pregnant with him my 7 year old did the same thing. Must just be their age. He always has to kiss my belly twice before he leaves, says he is giving both babies kisses. My doctor hasn't really discussed anything about a c-sections. Says as long as they are head down, we are going for a vaginal delivery. My dreams are really crazy too. I'm sleeping a little better now that I'm at home instead of in the hospital, but still getting up a lot to go to the bathroom.

everything has been good i just started to really get swollen feet and hands but besides that its ok i am having alot of pelvic pressure now and its hard for me to sleep now

Everything is okay now. Just resting as much as I can. I think I should have stayed in the hospital though. Not getting the help I should at home. But, all is well. Doctor wanted me to make it to at least 34 weeks. So I think I should be good there. Good luck to you. I don't think I've ever been so nervous and excited at the same time. Can't wait to see them, but scared of how hard it is going to be with 4 kids.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I have been in the hospital for almost two weeks. I went into labor and they wouldn't let me do anything. Doctor's stopped the labor and kept me there until yesterday. I'm taking procardia 3 times a day to stop the contractions and I'm on bedrest.

Thank goodness the sun is not out today and i think it is going to rain which is good!!

My mood swings are ok, get a bit down now and then but i think thats because i don't have control over my body which i hate not long tho till we can have our bodies back!!

What is the weather doing there?

Think it could be the heat as well which is bringing on my braxton hicks as it has been really hot here today and i have been having them on and off! Feel very uncomfortable today and my bump has changed shape maybe they have changed position!

The only thing keeping me going at the moment is that i will not be gping full term and that i am going to be a mummy again in less then 8 weeks! mind you i was having really bad brxton hicks last night and thought they were coming!!

I am going to wash there new babygrows today i deceided last night. And then get their bag packed too i need to be organised!

The twins don't have a room yet, we only have a 2 bed house but are in the process of buying a 4 bed fingers crossed it will go through before they are born, they will share our room and a cot until they have settled in!

I always ask my consultant if he will induce me at 37 weeks and he always says yes so i am holding that to him... i will be there 37 weeks bags packed and at the hospital that is the only thing keeping me going i couldn't go another 2 weeks as i want to feel normal again!

Wow only 2 weeks for you you lucky thing are your bags packed? i have donemy bag but not the twins i will start to wash all there new babygrows next week and then get their bag packed.

I am having a can't be bothered day today i think i over did it yesterday and bugged the hell out of my partner by asking him to do things i couldn't do or reach! but the house and cupboards are lovely and clean and tidy!!

How far gone where you when you had your last scan?

I have been really nesting today i hope they are not coming!!!!

I have invested a maternity suport belt as my muscle in my tummy (the bottom of my bump) was hurting fingers crossed this is working as no pain!

Have you been given a date for your dates when they are coming? I was told that they would induce me at 37 weeks 7 weeks and 6 days to go and i can't wait!!!

I have a lot of family to help me. My parents and sisters are a big help with the two I have now. Actually, my two oldest boys just came home last night. They were gone for 3 days at my parents house. They are leaving on the 4th to go camping with my sister and parents for 3 days. My oldest son would live with my parents if I let him. My dad is just really close with them. He also wanted a son and had three girls, so my boys mean a lot to him. My doctor hasn't done any extra test or anything, I'm a little concerned. He says everything is good and the babies are fine. I go back on the 7th.

How you feeling?

I had a scan and c heck up this week and they are both doing well and average size for twins she nis 2lb10 and he is 2lb14 he has turned again so is now feet first i hope he turns back as i really don't want a c section.
