we dont have that portrait studio but do have several others. My cousin actually is a photographer and does a lot for free!! Lucky me! I also love taking pictures so try really hard to take nice ones... but they never are as good as hers! I cant believe she has a cast on... hiden well!! How is little zayden doing? Nixon is great, just about crawling, he can go backwards but not forwards, he just rolls everywhere he wants to go... kinda funny!

Oh my goodnees I love the picture with Zayden and Katelyn together it is so cute. Brayden got on all fours over the weekend. So I better watch out he will be crawling soon. Babysitting is going well they are sitting here reading what I type. (they thought Zayden was Brayden). I can't beleive Zayden will be turning 1, he has came a long way. Brayden loves Elmo too, he has the chicken dance Elmo and laughs everytime Elmo dances. How fun for your daughter to plan the party, I think I will let Lindsay do that too. Is Zayden crawling yet? any teeth? still no teeth here. The swing picture was copy off your swing picture. (outdoor pictures turn out really well)

How are things going??? I can't believe how big Zayden is getting. I can't believe he is almost one. Where does time go??? Well it looks like I maybe expecting number 2. Took a test sunday and it was a faint positive so I am waiting on God. Although people at church tell me I am selfish for wanting another one now. They tell me thta I should wait until he is older but I want him to be close to his siblings. Well gotta go ttyl.

I know, I know, you're right!!!! I just get so frustrated sometimes and am very defensive when it comes to my family especially my little Gage. It's me that has the problem-if anyone asks so what tricks is Gage doing I automatically get on the defensive and say well he's a preemie so he's on his own schedule and there's no reason in the world for me to have to justify myself to anyone!!!!! I really liked what you said about adult preemies-very true!!!! My sitter's Husband was 3 pounds when he was born and he's now a big wig for the state (obviously he turned out fine)! Thanks for bringing me back to reality! I just don't want to ever have people thinking that my child isn't smart.

I give you credit for being nice to that lady who was TOTALLY out of line. I've come to the conclusion that now a days people will say ANYTHING. It's like they miss the whole thought process and whatever they're thinking immediately COMES OUT!!!! Haven't these people ever heard of a little thing called TACT????? Or COMMON SENSE????? I would never say anything like that to someone-EVER!!!! It's best to just kill them with kindness. I look at Zayden and Gage and If I didn't know I would never think in a million years that they were premature. They look like every other baby I see-CUTE!!!!!!

OMG your Husband isn't home yet??? Poor guy!!! I know you are missing him and the extra pair of hands to help out. Dean actually let someone else run the restaurant twice this week and boy was it nice having him home to help out!
He made my job alot easier. Just remember little engine YOU CAN!!!!! YOU CAN!!!!!

Whatcha up to this weekend?

I'm babysitting for my friends 9 year old little girl. I'm taking her and Gage to the nature museum tomorrow. It's awesome and they have this really cool trail and you get to see otters, beavers, wolves etc. I'll get to see what it would be like to be a Mommy of 2. Wish me luck!!! I just hope she has a good time. I'm not sure what kids like especially 9 year old little girls and I refuse to go to the mall or watch Hannah Montana. It's supposed to be a BEAUTIFUL day so why not get out and enjoy it???? I have to finish getting all our stuff ready for our VACATION woohoo!!!! I'm so excited! one more week and it's CALGON TAKE ME AWAY!!! I can't wait to rest and relax!

How are you and the kids? Is your Husband back from China yet?

I need some advice-i've been working with Gage on sitting up and he just refuses to do it. He'll sit for a few seconds by himself but the he slouches down and just goes limp. He slouches in his high chair all he wants to do is roll around the floor or be on all fours. I'm not sure if I should call his Dr or wait until his 9 month appoitment which is June 16th. UGGHHH He hates to sit up and it's embarressing when he's with his cousins who are both a month younger and they put the boys on the floor and they sit up and play and mine just goes down. Am I worrying too much??????? HELP!!!!!!

Hey fellow preemie mommy! :o)

Wow a whole year old already for your little guy? I'm really interested in hearing how you guys are doing, since Paige was born at the same gestation and her and Zayden weighed the same at birth. Paige is going to the doctor on Friday for a check-up and I am curious to see how fat she has gotten LOL. She eats like a little piggy now! I'm guessing she's at or near 9 pounds.... we'll see what the scale says!

BTW I am loving your background picture. It's absolutely adorable!!!!

i'm doing great! peanut is no longer a peanut!!! hes so big now! he's graduated up to new born diapers almost to stage 1! and eh's outta preemie clothes he's offically in new born clothes! we went to the studio this weekend to take pics can't wait for them to come in! how was your mommy's day? how ya doing?

We had a great day! Gage gave me a cute card and this awesome Willow Tree figurine (I collect them) and Dean brought me breakfast in bed and gave me the most beautiful card that made me cry and a gift certificate for a day of pampering. I was so happy!!!! I can't wait to ge and relax. I think I'm going to like this whole Mother's Day thing!!!!

thanks! i'm so very excited! i didn't think it would happen this quickly though, really. i mean i have JUST gotten off of the pill, and was thinking it would take a while to get back to normal ya know? i am feeling ok, i had bouts of morning sickness since around 3 weeks! but i'm doing great, other than the fact that even before i found out about this baby, and even with me losing weight, MY PANTS ARE ALREADY SNUG! i'm not even 4 weeks along yet! i'm seriously wondering if there is more than one in there...lol
