Well i am a 28yr old mother of one, with another on the way. Just 4 weeks in.. This is my new husbands first baby. (he is scared out of his mind) We just got married in August I have never been happier!!!!! I can waite those few hundred days to be over with!!! lol My son who is 10 yrs old!!! Is very very happy about having a brother or sister around!!!
---- I STARTED FEELING THE BABY MOVE MONDAY APRIL 7, 2008 STARTED OUT JUST ALITTLE NOW I FEEL IT ALL THE TIME!!! ITS SO COOL!!!!
---- MAY 14 WENT FOR MY MONTHLY DOC APPT AND ASKED THE DOCTOR TO PLZ PLZ PLZ GIVE ME A ULTRASOUND SO WE COULD SEE WHAT THE BABY SEX WAS AND WOULDN'T YOU KNOW THE LITTLE BUGGER KEPT ITS LITTLE LEGS CLOSED TIGHT!!!! BUT THE GOOD NEWS WAS THAT WE GO FOR ANOTHER U/S ON THE 30TH WITCH ONLY A TWO WEEK WAITE!!!! (I CAN'T WAITE) THE GIRLS IN HIS OFFICE SAY IT SOUNDS LIKE A GIRL, BUT WE WILL JUST HAVE TO WAITE AND SEE!!!!!
---- MAY 16 CALED DOC AND TOLD HIM I WAS HAVING SOME PAINS !! HE SAID TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL TO BE CHECKED JUST IN CASE!! AFTER BEING CHECKED AND POKED WITH NEEDLES EVERTHING TURNED OUT GOOD WITCH MADE MY HUSBAND AND I FEEL MUCH BETTER!!!! WE GOT SENT HOME WITCH WAS GREAT NEWS CAUSE EVERTHING TURNED OUT LOOKING GOOD
--- MAY 30 WENT FOR MY U/S AND GUESS WHAT FOR SURE ITS A GIRL YIPPY!!!! BUT I HAVE TO GO BACK FOR ANOTHER U/S APPT IN 2 WEEKS TO BETTER CHECK SOME THINGS BABY DIDNT WORK WITHUS TO WELL!!!! HER HEART RATE WAS 162, AND SHE WEIGHS 13OZ!!
---JUNE 4 i'M GOING CRAZY TRYIN TO THINK OF A GOOD NAME!! NOW THAT I KNOW ITS A GIRL, I WANT HER TO HAVE THIS CUTE NAME THAT IS UNIQUE, AND PRETTY BUT ITS BECOMING MORE AND MORE NERVE RACKING! EVERY NAME I PUT ONE ON THE POLL THAT I REALLY LIKE PEOPLE DON'T VOTE FOR IT THEY VOTE FOR ONES THAT I REALLY DON'T LIKE TO MUCH!! Grr!!!
--JUNE 19 WOW LAST NIGHT I FELT THE BABY HAVE HICCUPS IT WAS SO COOL FOR ABOUT 2 MIN OR SO I FELT HER HICCUPS!! I WAS GOING TO WAKE MY HUSBAND TO SHARE THE COOL FEELING BUT HE WAS OUT COLD DARNIT!!! BUT OWELL THERE WILL BE A NEXT I'M SURE!! WENT TO THE DOC ON WEN. THE 18 TH HE SAID EVERYTHING LOOKED GREAT YIPPY I MORE MONTH AND I'LL BE GOING EVERY 3 WKS. THEN 2 WKS. AND SO FORTH UNTIL MY LITTLE BUNDEL OF JOY IS HERE I CAN'T WAITE YIPPY!!!!
--July 21 just to let u all no about my contraction problem that i had over weekend, i decided to waite and call my doc today (mon) and he said that i if i have 3 or more in an hour to go in to the er!! witch thats what i thought he would say!! so as of right now i feel good and am at home relaxing alittle!!! but thanks for all the help and good luck to all!!! !

i would go to the hospital..if you are in preterm labor oyu want to get there soon enough that they can stop it. are you drinking enough water? dehydration brings on contractions

I would go into the hospital if you haven't already or at least call you doctor and ask! Don't ignor it just in case it might be real cotractions!! You can never be too careful when your pregnant. Hope all turns out well!

Ya good luck with the housing situation.. I dont know much how the Navy opperates but Im pretty sure they could care less about your personal situation as the Army does. Have you thought about possibly moving off base? Thats what my husband and I did and I couldnt be happier with our decision. We make more money off post then we would staying in military housing. Anyways, something to think about. Good luck

Sorry to hear about your housing. Hopefully you could press the issue with the people in charge of putting you higher on the list. I agree about legal action, not that you want to draw attention to yourself, but you are pregnant with a disability of sorts and you have certain rights over others. My husband and I couldn't even get into a good neighborhood of base housing here at Fort Lewis, Washington for 10-12 months. We needed housing within 2-3 months and we had to sign a lease no matter where we decided to live anyways, so finally when base housing would become available we would be stuck in a lease. Also, he is set to leave again for Iraq in Aug 2009 when I will be moving back home while he is gone. So either way, getting on base now wouldn't work. :( you take care and be careful in the meantime

Actually the sex Organs form at 9 weeks and I know people who have found out at 13 weeks. Allthough I can't really tell what your having from those pictures.

Hey hun. Yeah you can't tell from your 12 week. You should be getting one in the next week or so though. I just had mine on Wednesday and they told me even though my OB said to wait till 18 weeks. Anyways mine did not coroporate much. The legs were crossed and the cord was right in the way and she kept trying and trying to look but bot much luck. Once she said she though it looked like a girl but i'm waiting for my next one before i tell alot of people. Last time the lady told me what she thought, keyword thought, and it was wrong and my mom told everyone i was having a boy and it ended up being a girl. Anyways that was 19 yrs ago so they can definatly tell with the U/S they have now. Mine was sooo clear if she? would have just opened them legs just a bit. Must be a little lady. lol

hiah is that your 12 week scan because if it is you will definatly not know what sex the baby is because the sex organse dont form until about 14-15 weeks so be patient and you will find out at your next scan. |
