Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

Hello! Finally, the move is done and we have internet! We still are neck-deep in bins and boxes, but it all takes time. I just cannot believe that your twinkies are 6 months already!! Norah is 7 weeks (yesterday) and I have a hard time admitting that, too! Time sure does fly, huh?? So...they are teething? Is that hard? Do you use that orajel stuff or just tylenol? How are they sleeping? Once I get Norah down, she is only up once or twice a night...usually at the 3 hour mark. I put her in a 4th of July outfit today, but it's getting a little tight on her!! It's a NB, though! That is great that you working out again! I really need to go walking, but I need to find a partner, because John does not want me to go alone (w/or w/out baby). Do you have any suggestions where I can research a group or something? I have tried to look online...I did find a MOPS group, so I am going to check that out next week. Maybe I can meet someone fun there (?). Well, I hope you are doing good. Take care of yourself and your precious girls! I'll post some more pics soon...you need to, too! (when you have the opportunity, busy girl!) TTYS!

You've done an excellent job as well. I commend you for even giving them what you can produce and nursing in the am/pm etc. Alot of moms went straight to formula like you said. Im working full time but trying to go to part time. I have to convince my boss to hire someone else to do a job share with me. Its getting hard for me to be away from the babies the bigger they get. The babies havent started solids yet. We are going to wait till at least 5 months which is next week but ideally 6 months. Ours sleep well for the most part, unless they are teething or going through a growth spurt, developmental milestone etc. I do have to pump 1x during the night to keep my supply wher I need it to be and the fenugreek seems to be working for me so im happy about that. Hey! I was wondering when you said only 28oz a day is that for the whole day or just while you were working?
Do you nurse at home and just supplement during the workday? Its really hard for me being back to work. I want to stay home with the babies all the time! Once my husband gets his next raise we may see if we can better afford for me to stay home. What are your plans as far as the girls and working? Do you work full time? I may have already asked you these questions but you know how it is I cant remember much LOL

Well, so much for another u/s! My water broke on June 4th (last Wed) at 2:45 in the morning. Went in to the hospital, dialated to 1cm. After a few hours, the dr. couldn't check me (my cervix was posterior), so they started pitossin. After 6 hours, I couldn't take it and got an epidural....I made it to 3 cm. Then she went into distress. They shut off the Pit and waited to see what she was going to do. Then, they started it again (contractions had gone from a min. apart to 5-6 min. apart)....and so they watched and waited. Her heartbeat kept dropping with each contraction, so they decided to do a c-section. It went very well...but they did find that the cord was around her neck. She weighed in at 7lbs., 6 oz. and was 19 and 3/4 in. long. She is happy, healthy and resting right now. That's the just of it. Now I am just trying to get into a routine. Hope you are doing well. You were right....it is an amazing feeling! I love being a mother! Have been a little anxious (hormonal) about doing a good job, but I am getting better. Just taking care of her and myself better. Hope you are doing good. Reply when you can!

Hey! Our trip was great. The babies were excellent travelers. If you didnt see them get on the plane you would have never known they were there! Lets hope they are the same when we travel for thanksgiving to Seattle. Not sure about that one though since they will be 9 months old. We booked red eye flights though in hopes they will be sleeping :) Glad you had a nice trip. We've taken over 300 pictures in just the first 3 months. I love the blog. I need to start soemthing I just havent LOL take care! great to hear from you.

WOW--14 weeks already?? How is that so? Time is just a-flyin! I can't believe Norah will be here in less than 4 weeks! Yes, you are a hot mama! I have been gaining some extra weight lately, so tomorrow I will find out about preeclampsia (some swelling/weight gain). Other than that--things are going wonderful. She's head down and everything looks great. We set up her car seat this weekend--that was strange in an amazing and fascinating way! God has blessed us and pretty soon, we will get to hold her! Please let me know how much the girls have grown at the appt! Glad your recovery went well. I am getting nervous about labor/delivery...but it's all part of it. Take care of yourself and reply back when you can!

So I finally got a chance to look at your blog and let me say you look fantastic and the girls look so happy! They have definantly grown. I love the names, I love that you use the same soothie pacifiers that we do and I love that you are getting out and about with them. We just took our first plane ride this week to go to grandma & grandpas house. I think you say it best when you say true gifts from God cause we are totally in love with our babies as well. I havent started a blog but I know that I should. I did such a great job while I was pregnant updating..things are just busier now LOL I will try and keep an eye on yours and see what I can do about starting a blog for the babies... take care!

I would LOVE sleeping tips. That would make my life sooo much easier!! My MIL will watch the girls M-T-TH and I will take off Wed and my husband is taking off Friday's. I will let you know how it goes this week. The girl's spent the night at my MIL's last night while my husband and I went to a college graduation party. We are just hanging out at the house today. It is in the 90's down here and I am going to work on my tan today!! :)))
You are going to have to give me tips on traveling with the twins too! I bet your family is soo excited about seeing the girl's. What a nice vacation!!
We are planning a few outings in the Summer.
Harrison will participate in the World Series in Louisiana the week after the 4th of July. My brother is getting married in August in the Texas Hill Country near Austin. We are going to end the Summer renting a beach house in Galveston for Labor Day. I will need good packing and traveling tips for the babies!!
I ususally go with my sister to an out-of-town Astros game every year. She flies for SWA. I am not sure if I will do that this year. My DH is taking one of his client's to The Texans-Steeler's game in Pittsburgh, so maybe I can pull off a Fall baseball trip with my sister??? Do you watch the Rockies? That is funny about the top-half of the dress!! Welcome to my world!!!!!!!

Happy First Mother's Day to you and give the girl's hugs and kisses from their Texas friend's!!!!!!
