April 10th- We Heart the baby's heartbeat on 4/7/2008 and seen the baby. He/she measured in at 7wk5days and had a hb of 156 bpm. I go to my next doctors appt on 4/21 and will have another ultrasound in mid may before the 18th of may. Otherwise i won't have another appt till after june 1st when our new insurance kicks in. so yeah i can't wait till april 21st. Will update again after then.

April 21st - Update from my doc appt. Not much happened. Did the usual pee in a cup, weight check, blood pressure, then the m/w did a pap exam since according to my primary doc i hadn't had one done since 06.. yikes.. lol anyways she didn't check the hb since she said its still too early. :( so anyways, I'm ready for my next appt and next ultrasound. My next ultrasound is scheduled for May 8th @ 10:30am and then my doc appt is May 15th @ 10:30 am. Other then having to pee every few hours and dealing with nasty heartburn not really any major complaints. Weight gain is only at 0.4 oz gain so far @ 10wks5days along so thats cool. Hoping to keep the weight gain to a minimum. So thats my update for now. will update more when i have my next u/s.

May 2nd- Well I spent 5 hours at the emergency room yesterday. Ugh it sucked having to wait that long to eat dinner but I got to see and hear the baby's heartbeat. I am really glad I went to only to find out that nothing was wrong with baby. I was having really bad cramping in my lower back that was wrapping around like contractions due and it scared me. So told my mom to drop me off at the er to get checked out since I had been having some light spotting as well as the cramps. Anyways.. baby is all good. He/she is just like their older brother in being shy about their heartbeat being heard and all cause everytime the doc tried to hear the heartbeat on the u/s he/she would move away from the u/s thing and we would lose the heartbeat. lol anyways baby measured exactly perfect at 12wks2days which is how far along I was yesterday. I have my next u/s May 8th and then my ob appt May 15th where i'll get to hear the hb again and hopefully schedule my big u/s and appt for sometime in june. Yay.. can't wait to see baby again and find out the sex of this little bean.

June 3, 08- Well I had a pretty bad fall yesterday in Walmart. I landed flat on my ass and smacked my lower back but went in today to get a check up on baby and all is well. In fact baby made the doc work at getting a good strong reading on the hb cause he/she kept moving around. lol just like big brother. I got my first thing for this baby in the mail today. I had signed up for a free bpa free baby bottle from Playtex and was surprised to get it so soon. Baby's heartbeat was 150 bpm today which is right around what its been the last few times. Also I got my AFP testing bloodwork done today and should have those results back in 7 to 10 days. I also scheduled my BIG U/S. it is on JUNE 30TH @ 1:30PM. I'll be sure to update my site as soon as I can considering my mom and I and my little boy will be going baby shopping after my appt if we find out the sex of the baby. I can't wait.. lol only 26 more days. woohooo.
