I got to hear the heartbeat yesterday! It was 150 bpm and the baby was very active and rolling around! My son asked what that noise was and the doctor said... that's the competition! Ha Ha Can't wait for my ultrasound in two months so we know what we are having!

So we found out that we get to have one more ultrasound in about a month! And I am sooo excited! I guess I just want to re-confirm that it is in fact a girl since I have now bought so much pink and purple!

Thank you for your message. I thought maybe I was reading too much into all of this, but even hubby agreed there wasn't much excitement about the outfits. That upset me more, because I could tell he was hurt and disappointed, too. The best thing we can both do now is just ignore the insensitivities, and enjoy our precious bundle that is around the corner!!! I must admit, and I am a bit surprised by all the attitudes, but I finally realized that NO ONE will be able to match our excitement!
