Thursday, 14 Feb Well, this is our second deployment and it has been a little rough. I was at home with family last time and now I am here by myself and TALK ABOUT LONELY! No friends or family here! We tried to get pregnant for about a year and fertility treatment ultimately helped us out but since it took so long, now he is gone. He is so sad about missing so much of the babies first year and it really breaks my heart when he calls and we talk about it. I know its really going to break my heart if he gets to be home for the birth and then has to say bye to me again but the baby as well this time. My pregnancy has gone pretty well. No sickness just some indigestion and I had a low-lying placenta but it has straightened itself out so beside us measuring about 2 weeks small, everything has been great! Have you had any problems? My husband has only seen pictures of my belly getting bigger. He left before I got big at all. So if he comes home in time for the birth he will be surprised how much I changed. katiemommytobe -

Tuesday, 12 Feb you need one of two people, either a male that can forceably tell the contractor what to do to get him to finish the work like a dad or a brother, or you need to contact an attorney to force him to complete his contract or refund your deposit for improper labor. I know thats not what you want to hear, but as an insurance adjuster, I had to do it many times. Im so glad you only paid half down. But word to the wise, always question a contractor that cannot start a job without having you make payment up front. You should only had to pay 10% down, 20% once work was started, 20% half way through job, and 50% upon completion. FYI. hope this helps. good luck. 2bmomy -
Tuesday, 12 Feb yeah do ur research cuz what my doc told me about it is not too good a c section puts us as mothers at more risk than the baby so that is the way i am going to go if i have to. i would rather have my self in danger than my baby. turning manually can casue the baby to get wrapped up in the cord the blood supply to the baby can get cut off and all kinds of other stuff. soemthing about the heart rate dropping too. and there is the chance of the baby not staying head down as welllbut alot of woman have it done. 2bmomy -
Tuesday, 12 Feb my doc says the same thing but she gave me the option of turning him or a c section. i have researched both and manually turning the baby is too dangerous in my opinion. there are too many risks with the cord. let me know how it goes and i wish you luck hope ur baby turns on its own courtneylynn18 -

Thursday, 7 Feb I would ask to for them to turn the baby...I would think the bigger the baby gets, the harder it would be to turn them...I have always feared having a c-section and did read alot on turning babies.Good luck..hope you get a flipper! 2bmomy -
Thursday, 7 Feb Thanks i dont feel alone now. my mom is like why is this doctor in such a hurry!! she said me and my 2 siblings didnt turn till about 2 weeks before we were all born. i just dont understand y the pressure from my doctor. thank you again sweetcheeks -
Wednesday, 6 Feb Hey momma...thanks for the comment. I feel better knowing that there are other people that think it sucks what he is doing and that it isnt just me being prego and hormonal =( It just upsets me so much and the fact that I am over 35 weeks now irritates me that I should be out looking for another doctor. And I know we do pay a lot of money so he can be driving around in his BMW and taking vacations to god only knows where...to be treated like a frickin idiot. I mean I know my body and my other doctor I had for my first two bubbas said she has never seen someone who delivers like I do. But I dnt know...I now she is ok...it just pisses me off!!! I am glad you switched doctors..I really think I should look into it now...but I cant believe I am almost 36 weeks and now feeling forced to look for another doctor! Driving me crazy!!!!!!! rachaelh -
