A bit about me . . .

My husband and I have been together for about 5 years, and married for 1 1/2 years. We were very surprised at a positive pregnancy test because we were not really trying. It just happened! I suppose that is the best way instead of having month after month of disappointments.

We are not going to find out the sex of the baby, but I suspect it is a girl. It just feels like girl for some reason, though who knows why, as this is my first, so I could be very wrong (if you are a boy in there, I apologize - lol).

Most of the summer I have been tired and nauseated by everything, but that is finally going away, just in time for my summer break to end, and back to school days to come. Very irritating, but it was nice to be able to rest whenever I wanted during my first trimester when I felt so lousy. I am fully starting to show, even through my clothes. I think I need to go out and buy maternity wear this weekend before school starts. I hate buying pants normally, so it will probably be no fun. Oh well.

Well, I haven't been on this site for awhile-basically since I had my daughter, Lena, on February 24. We are doing well and I can't believe she is almost 4 months old! Time has flown by! She is doing great-sleeping well most of the time, talking and playing. She is not quite rolling yet-well, she has twice, but not since. She does roll to her side on a regular basis and likes to sleep like that. She is a big girl-9 lb 5 oz at birth and when we weighed her on the scale the other day (so absolutely not 100% accurate) she was about 16 pounds. She is long as well, and so is in 6-9 month clothes for the most part. I am staying home full time now (yay!) and I feel so lucky to have her.

I'd have to look at it, but I believe it says 43" max height. I know the weight goes up to 40lbs. Riley has long legs and is long too. It has 5 adjustable heights for the seat belts and also it reclines to 5 positions. I think the design is the most attractive out there too. So far, we love it.
We got the grey/khaki/orange from babies r' us. I had originally bought one online in the Gypsy colorway (olive green, turquoise and orange) but it came and I didn't like the colors so much in real life, so I got this one instead which is gender neutral if we have a girl next.
Good luck. I think somewhere online it says the height specs, I just don't know where our paperwork is for it right now but some reason I have 43" in my head.

Yeah, she is a great dog! Someone decided to bless us with a good dog and a good kid. Not sure how we managed that but I'm not complaining! You should get some updated photos up, I'd love to see your little girl now!
