I was wondering where you have been.. I am glad to hear you are doing so well. I have gained 25lbs or so.. but I am still only at 121 total so I think I am doing good. It is funny because I am allllll belly so it sticks out pretty far LOL. I agree it is flying by.. I cannot believe we have less than 90 days to go. I feel like this is a record pregnancy...

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having such a hard time ~ ignorant doctors are SO irritating

! It's just b/s that we have to worry about things like that, on top of everything else. I'm sure you're a wonderful mom ~ I don't believe age is what makes a great mom. There's so much more to it than that! Thank you for your well wishes! Our new OB/GYN said that this new medicine I'm on should take care of it. We really pray that it does! I'm not too sure what will happen next if this doesn't do it....but, of course, we'll do all we can!

Hi, my name is Becky. I read your post about switching OB/GYN practices, and I'm 22 weeks, also. I just wanted to share my experience with you. I had spent my entire pregnancy thus far telling my first OB/GYN that I was having cramping, spotting, and vaginal swelling. Everytime I would call, they would just tell me not to worry. They never checked me for anything. I got tired of being ignored, and I chose to switch practices just at the beginning of this month. The new OB/GYN immediately found really, really bad bacterial vaginosis which, when left untreated, increases the chances for pre-term labor. My infection was allowed to get so bad that the standard treatment didn't even touch the infection, and when I went in to be rechecked, the touch of the swab caused a big blood vessel to break on my cervix. I wrote all about it on my page....I'm only telling you this because I hesitated to switch practices initially, but I am SOOOOOO grateful that God guided me to do it. It was the very, very best thing that could have happened for our baby! Please, please, if you're unhappy for any reason, do not hesitate! Trust your gut! Good luck

Allyz- I actually just saw a new OB on Wed. My other ob left her practice to do just GyN so I really had no choice, but I just got all my records and ultrasounds and there was really no problem. You should definitely change if you don't feel comfortable!

I think if you are not happy with your current doctor you should change. Its better to do it now then to have a unpleasent delivery because you were uncomfortable with the doctor.

I feel like I doubled in size over the last 2 weeks. LOL.. It has been really hot here the last few days too. I literally watered the flowers and came right back inside yesterday to the Air Conditioning. It is only going to get worse.. imagine August!

My sister in law stayed really small with her second because she was sooo busy with the first. I was just thinking about you this morning.. you look a lot like a girl I know and I haven't talked to her in awhile.
