30 hours ago Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Monday, 18 August I've also noticed that his congestion sounds like it is more in his sinuses and isn't necessarily from a stuffy nose. His nose never runs. Does your baby's? I just remembered that's what my doctor said was the difference - if they sound stuffy with no running nose, then it's just their bodies adjusting - creating mucus to protect them and not to worry/intervene. However, if the nose is running then it could be a cold or something. Sometimes he sounds so sniffly, but never seems bothered by it. :) nezbit -
Sunday, 17 August My little one has been like that for a couple weeks now. The doctor said to continue to use saline drops and also, if you have a small bathroom, take the baby in there and turn the hot water on until you have steam. He also said a humidifier can be used. I suction Blakes nose out before bed and put a very very small amount of vicks on his nose. I mean I barely get any on my finger, just enough for him to smell. Also, I elevate his head at night with a baby blanket folded a few times and he sleeps just fine. venusenvy -
Sunday, 17 August Hey there!
My doctor told me that the nasal congestion was completely normal - just their little bodies reacting to the environment, and that the congestion actually prevents them from getting sick - blocks out other allergens and bacteria. He said to leave my baby alone unless it truly appeared that he couldn't breathe - not just sounded like it. Callum has sounded pretty congested for awhile now, but he seems fine so I haven't worried and only suction him if I can see something in his nose.
Hope this helps!
Congrats. tally618 -
Monday, 30 June Oh yes, you can swim right up until your water has broken. I live in Florida and have a pool that has been a lifesaver in this pregnancy! Swim your little heart out! Licah -

Thanks for your advise regarding the back pain. I make my husband massage my back but he only does 1 side!!! The side that hurts...
I'm going to start prenatal yoga classes so I hope the pain goes away soon. Hope all is well. -Lica heatherheart -
Sunday, 1 June i hope it's not due to a large baby!!!! eeks! hehe, but yeah, it does hurt when i breathe in and in certain positions. when i lay to the side, it doesn't hurt as much. it really varies. it's a little better today but it's been bad the past few days. sometimes, i'll rub in a downward motion and that helps a little. what about you?
