Hi my name is amber i was married on Oct 6 2007 and have a child on the way this would be our third pregnancy and have had two other m/c but things seem to be going better this time around. We really were not trying to get pregnant again and really had to much going on to even think about it. We went to Disney World in Orlando Florida for our honey moon and made it back just in time for my sister have her baby girl Jacelynn Grace(who is very beautiful) so i took off an extra week of work to help her and before we knew it af was here and it had only been 28 days since my last and since they are usually 90 days apart i found it very weird. Well before we knew it Thanksgiving was here and i didn't really feel well and didn't eat much. on dec 3 me and my husband were in town and decided to go see my doctor and was very shocked when the nurse said congradulations your 6 weeks pregnant. I started crying i was so happy and Lance was in shock. I have had 3 u/s so far and everything seems to be going good. they said that my plecenta is low but marginal. i'm still a little worried.

went to the doctor today lance loves him. he reassured me that this pregnancy is different from the other ones that i've had and that i should have no problems having a vaginal birth. he started looking for the heart beat and it was all over the place everytime he would find it it would move again and finally it stayed still long enough for us to find it at 165 bpm. i think this in going to be a very active baby.

I know i'm not going crazy i am feeling the baby move its mostly in the after noon when i get home from work and relax a little bit. i'm usually lying on my back and some times on my side and i can feel it i can now tell the difference b/w gas and the baby its way different. yesterday it was so amazing i felt like so one was poking me from the inside to say the least i was shocked b/c mostly i've been feeling like fish swimming in there. well i go back to the doctor on 2/18 and i can't wait.

ok i'm not really going crazy today at work i had a small cup of coffee to wake me up and the baby was bouncing around and one of the women i work with got to feel the baby she said if felt like popcorn popping in my belly. i just had to laugh. bad weather here today and more to come friday.

I went to the doctor today after having 3 migraines back to back and throwing up blood, cramping and spotting. he told me my baby is alright and to take tylenol and drink caffine seems to have helped. the baby's heart beat was b/w 155 and 160 and only got to 160 b/c i was laughing at the doctor. next apt March 17 and then they will schedule the u/s for the sex of the baby. sha i can't wait.

Went back to the doctor today like normal i was in and out. we talked about the baby's movements and how i need to gain some weight since i've been loosing weight everytime i go in. they scheduled my ultrasound for April 9 which is not fair b/c i will be 23 weeks and thats to far away for me but with the holidays everyone is taking off . **sigh** the baby's heart beat was 163 bpm. doctor commented that it could be a girl but that they are not 100% accurate (nothing is)

I got a phone call from my mom today at work telling me my cousin who is 32 weeks pregnants water busted today and that they were moving her to a different hospital to help them more. they are not allowing visitors at the moment they have said if her b/p goes up they will have to do a emergancy c-section on her.

We got an update on my cousin christine they said that if she didn't have the baby today that they would be taking it tomorrow. hope everything goes well for her. i guess i've had a really stressful week so far today at work i started having braxton hicks contractions and pretty much had to go to the doctor to make sure baby is still doing fine and they told me to go and soak in a tub of warm water and drink 2 big glasses of water that i am dehyrated. so when i got home i drank one glass of water and went and soaked it the tub (which i fell asleep in and my husband had to come and wake me up from.) didn't make the second glass will make up for it tomorrow

I got word last night that at 10 pm they did they c-section on my cousin everyone is well the baby weighed 3lbs 11ounces 15 3/4 inches long so tiny but she is very strong her name is Emily Rene. I can't wait to find out what i'm having

We were supper busy at work today and my boss decided to treat everyone to Casa Ole' it was really good. i ordered my usual and i also ordered some sophapias (sorry about spelling) and had some honey on them omg my belly was moving all over i'm guessing the baby liked it. it was cutting flips and bouncing all over my co-workers were laughing it looked so weird. 2 weeks til i find out what the baby is i'm still crossing my fingers for a boy... wish me luck.

Emily comes home tomorrow i'm so happy for them. she weighs 4 lbs 8.2 ounces only 2 days left til we find out boy or girl. and my sister announced that she is pregnant again.

I went for my monthly doctors visit today and all was well i've gained 3 lbs since last month thats a good thing says my doctor. the baby's heart rate was 162. he gave me quite a lecture telling me to sit more at work and if i don't stay off my feel bed rest will be in the picture for the next four months :( and he also told me to get some better shoes that will support my back. tomorrow is the big day YAH!!!!!!

We went to the big ultrasound today and IT'S A GIRL. wow were we surprised. but it was so good to see her. she was showing off. she had the hiccups at first then she was sticking her tongue at us then she started sucking her thumb.

Wow its been a long time since i updated this but here is a back track to what has been going on. I was put on bed rest in april for only a week b/c i was having a really difficult time breathing (who hasn't) after i proved that i could manage it they let me go back to work (wish they hadn't) i have gained a total of 12 lbs so far i go back to the doctor tomorrow for him to fuss me about my weight again. i believe that i get another u/s this month but will double check tomorrow i can't believe that Karleigh is getting so big (or atleast my belly is getting that big) we finally started building the addition on to the house. and hope its finished by the time she gets here. (i don't think it will) i felt the wierdest thing the other day she got her foot stuck in my ribs and was wiggling it to get it out that was wierd. i'm hoping when i go to the doctor tomorrow that he sets an induce date but not crossing my fingers.

Well i went to the doctor yesterday i've gained another 6 lbs (19 total) We still can't tell what position she is in but almost positive she is breach. My blood pressure is slightly up but not enough for bed rest yet. Swelling has dramatically increased (I can no longer wear my work shoes) My babyshower is saturday I'm so excited.

My baby shower was great i got tons of stuff. I have a few items that i have to get before she gets here but not much . my pool is finally set up i'm so happy its so hot here i can't stand to go outside these days.

Wow something worth posting besides all the aches and pains of the last trimester. I lost my mucus plug this morning hoping that labor is to far away. I am so ready to have my little girl in my arms not my belly. Now i just hope that it doesn't decide to reginerate itself i don't go back to the doctor til the 16 of this month. I have also told my boss that my last day will be the 25 unless i have her sooner than that.

Well another week down and i'm holding on (bearly) my family yesterday told me that i've dropped so i'm hoping something will start soon i'm so tired of being pregnant. I just want her in my arms. i have two weeks left of work (which i don't think i will make) i have a doctors appointment on wednesday and going to ask him to write a letter no more work. i'm so swollen its unreal. we found out friday that my husbands sister is having a girl as well as my sister and they are due a week apart so that should be interesting. The addition is going slow but steady.

Well still no baby yet i'm really tired of being pregnant and everyone asking when you due or how many is there in there (if only i could hit them). Yesterday was my moms birthday she really wanted her to come on her birthday but those things you can't predict. i go back to the doctor on Wednesday hopefully he will strip my membranes and get something started i would love for him to set a date to induce me. i'm not a person who is very patient i like everything planned months ahead of time. but i guess thats something that i wil have to adjust to not having control over anymore.

still no baby but making little progress i'm 50% effaced and still not dilating. so we set and induce date for August 7 which is my due date and be my luck i don't have her til the next day on the 8th then it will be 08-08-08 i'm so ready to have her in my arms its unreal and this summer is so hot i can't stand to go outside for just a minute or two. i know next week is going to take forever to get here being that i stopped working on July 25

We got some bad news today our dog (Sadie Lynn) has heart worms she is 6 years old but the vet said we caught it early and we need to start treatment right away so we are bringing her to the vet on wednesday and i'm being induced thursday so she will stay the weekend at the vets. I hope she doesn't get to home sick. and since she has to stay in a cool area we built her a new dog house and are going to put a window air condition unit in her dog house lucky her . i can't believe i'm going to have my baby in three days yah.

My little girl was born today at 4:06 pm by c-section because she wouldn't fit threw my pelvis. I dilated to 3 cm by the hardest. My doctor is the greatest at 3 we decided to go with the section and by 4 she was born. she looks so much like her daddy. she weighed 7lbs 3 oz (even though the birth certificated says 7lb even we have pictures that show different) i didn't get to hold her til 9

I'm so tired this morning i went to walmart yesterday and i guess it just wore me out Karleigh woke up at 12:30 3:30 and 7:30 well i was so sleepy at 7:30 i could bearly hold my eyes open. Lance took Karleigh from me while i went back to sleep. He fed her, burped her, and changed her. I'm so proud of him because he hasn't gotten her to burp besides this morning and he hasn't changed a baby's diaper besides this one. he is wrapped around her little fingers and loves her so much he talks to her and is very protective of her.

lol i thought my water busted to when i was 24 weeks and i was so embarassed when they told me it was just pee after runnning all these test i almost cryed lol. i dont no all day today i have been having cramping with bad tighening at the top of my stomack so if it dosnt go away aftr my ultrasound i think i will go into labor and delivery just in case being we are already there. plus i have ben having the runs and been feeling sick. my husband told me i had to put a cork in it because he dosnt want me to have him tody because its him sisters birthday. i had mena a day aftr his brothrs and dads birthday so he is worried i will keep that tradition going lol. do you know if you will need a c-section or did she flip??

hey i know how you feel i cant wait for Aydn to get here, it seems like time is just sloing down. i lost my mucus plug about a week ago so hopefully this is a sign of use going into labor soon. i am just so happy i only have 22 more days left. i took Mena to my grandmas the other day to go swimming to cool off and i swear i could have lived in there i felt soo much lighter. i posted a picture of Mena swimming and my big 34 weeks pregnant belly lol. we havent gotten Aydens room done either we dont even have a crib or car seat yet

hey, i know what you mean they are flying by it seem just like yesterday i hite the 30 week mark and now i am almost 34 weeks lol. its funny about your hubby. mine was the same way with Mena i think its the first baby jitters lol. we have started on Aydens room they did the insulation yesterday and today hopefully they will get the drywall done so i can mude and paint. i am not on bed rest any more being im close enough but i am still on pelivix rest which ends in two weeks YEAH !! your lucky you have no strech marks!! i dont have them either but my sister in law has big red ones lol. she find out friday hat she is having and if its a girl i am going to give her all Menas old stuff. have fun with your last couple weeks of work

Hey I get that same pressure from time to time, usually when baby turns head down(or flips back down again), it shouldnt last longer than a day or so. you will know for sure your baby is head down when you feel those hiccups in your "lady zone"

The pressure is normal ... my doc told me that the pressure is from the baby head ... your little girl is in the right spot. I know what you are feeling sometimes I have to take a second to get myself together because of that same pressure. I hurt like HELL! I hope that this helps you

wow, dialated that early in week youd be scared! Wen you know! See as i rem with Jamie they never checked my cervix until i was due, so if i had been diated any bit i woulnt of known! So how the pregnancy going! is these last few wks dragging for you for me yes i dunno wat do with my self now iv few more bits to buy and a sitting room to be done all in 7 wks the sitting room is the slowest so its stressful thinkin oh wat if its not done in time! Wow sorry to hear you had a bad fall!! i am glad you and Karleigh are ok though. i guess we just get more clumbsy in pregnancy lol. Ayden is doing great he is measuring a week ahead and weighs 4lbs 2oz so i am hoping that doc will push up my due date. have been haveing alot of contraction lately but nothing regular thank god and i lost my mucus plug yesterday soo we will just have to see. cant wait for the next 6 weeks to fly by. be careful going outside lol. talk to you later.

i cant wait unitl we go shoping for Ayden we have absolutly nothing for him his room isnt even set up which is bad becasue there is a slidding glass door in his room that we have to take out and put a window in. we are just waiting for that check from the goverment. we just got a letter in the mail last week saying it sould be here and how much it is for thanks god! i hope you get you vaginal birth, thats what i wanted with Mena but she had other plans and i will never be able to have one now becasue you arnt aloud to attempt a VBACK after 2 c-sections, oh well
. Mena is doing great she loves to play in her little pool we got her and dances all the time when she hears anything that sounds like music so i have been turning on the radio alot for her. the new house is great we are working on the yard right now puting up fencing for the horses and bernie just had the driveway redone i even made him put in a flower garden for me being i am not aloud but i will take over it when i have Ayden. my parents also moved in for alittle to help with the horses and Mena for me plus my dad sold his buissness so they need alittle help. i love living with them again they are just like teenagers always playing games or commming up with fun stuff to do. i am just glad this is a huge place so we can have our space if we need it. hopefully your little one is happier now that you got something to eat lol. talk to you later. mommyoftwo* - Monday, 9 June
hope you had a wonderful baby showers! did you get verything you wanted or needed? Mena was breech thats why i had to have a c-section. they are not as bad as every one makes them out to be. my mom said she would have rather had a c-section instead of vaginal! but i hope you get the birth you want. i cant wait for the next 7 weeks to fly by too. hopefully Karleigh gets her nights and days straight by then lol.

lol thats so cute about your husband. i think we where the same with our daughter. we had everything for her 4 months before she was born lol but with ayden we have absolutly nothing and he is going to be here is 8 more weeks. my c-section is scedualed for july 29. i bet the diaper bag is adorable.you sould post a pictureof it. had another ultra sound yesterday and ayden weights 3lbs 4 oz and is measuring 30 weeks and 5 days so hopfully that means i will only have to wait 6 more weeks ? hopfully you get some good news on your upcomeing doctors appt.

i have been on bed rest to or at least i am supost to be lol my cervix is starting to thin out last wednesday it was at 2.0 and i go back tomorrow to see if its still shortening. i go every wednesday, i think i would go crazy if i didnt get them because i am so use to it. so why are you on bed rest hop its nothing serious. i dont think i am geting a baby shower every one is so busy with the move there really is no time
.i am just happy i made it to the third trimester, so if he where born any time now he would be abl to stay in th NICU by us and not have to transfer to all childrens. i have to go this friday to talk to the doc about streriod shots. glad to hear Karleigh is doing good. wll going to bed. have a good night.
