Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

i gave birth i was out of my house like 5 days later.i had to because my 3 years old son really likes goin out so if your body feels good they go for it as long as noone touchs the baby u are good to go have fun!!!

i did alot of research for bottles cuz i want to breast feed but i also want to do formula as well and Dr. Browns has been the best one i have found so far...its a lil pricey but its worth it....i've read great reviews on it..this is my first baby tho so im not an expert or anything but i went online and the only negative thing about them is that they are a lil pricey which i thought they were reasonable...iunno check itout

hey amy thats how my labour started with my son..

terrible lower cramping, bad stomach.. which went away then a day later, terrible pains and turns out i was in labour!! could be an early labour sign..

get your doc/midwife to check baby of you are worried

I am reading the posts on your page and freaking out about boys actually being girls! That would be my luck...
But the doctor wouldn't have said anything if he was unsure, RIGHT?

most doctors only give a 85% accuracy rate when determining it's a girl. and only 95% when it's a boy. it's because it's so much easier to tell if it's a boy because of the obvious penis, but harder to tell if it's a girl. i have a friend that was told she was having a girl and bought everything and even took off all the tags and washed everything and when the baby came out it was a boy! so, my advice is to wait till it's born to wash and all of that stuff. good luck!

It was all over our local news channels that caffeine has a direct relationship to miscarraiges. The FDA has now recommended that doctors tell pregnant women to avoid caffeine and moderation is no longer an option! Scary!

I guess I will have to breakdown and buy that this afternoon.
I am still anxiously awaiting some movement! I was hoping to feel it by now.
This pregnancy is so different that what I had with Syd. I know that each one is different, but this is ridiculous! I wonder if this baby will be a boy? I was kind of hoping for another girl, just b/c I'm selfish and I have done that before! But I will be happy with a boy...I know it is cliche', but I am truly just hoping for a healthy baby!
How about you? Feeling anything?

My pregnancy with my Sydney was a breeze. I had some swelling at the end, and I gained 60lbs (!), but other than that I was good, so this is all new to me. I am feeling much better now and I hope it stays that way!

I read about your last couple of weeks and I'm so sorry. I pray that everything will be alright for you and that it will get better. Once that baby comes, it will be worth the wait. I hope you feel better soon, oh and if you can, try some honey and lemon juice melted in a shot glass. It helps to coat your throat and reduce the coughing. Feel better soon:)
