Wednesday, 23 July I don't think you always have to drink water per say. As long as you get fluids into your body you should be ok. I dislike water too and have to force myself to drink it. I started buying smoothies (made w/ fruit & ice) by my job almost everyday. It's fluid plus I can meet my daily fruit requirement. Gatorade is good too but it has a lot of sodium. I started swelling already so I'm staying away from it although I would prefer to drink it. I also try and minimize the soda and juice (like 1 glass a day) because of the sugary calories. lorivan -
Tuesday, 22 July I buy True Lemon. It is crystallized lemon. no artificial sugars or flavors. They have a web site too. Just type True Lemon in the search bar. This stuff was a life saver as plain water was making me sick and i refuse to put artificial sweetener in my body. It is also ok for GD moms.
